Easy to handle, attachments are quick to swap, and the laser is actually quite helpful. In typical Dyson fashion, the V15 picks up an astonishing amount of dirt, pet hair, etc.—it’s actually a bit distressing to see how much. Only downside is the requirement to frequently empty, but that’s the cost of an easily portable, high-powered vacuum.

Love the Dyson Laser!!

Upon searching Google among other websites, sounds like it was a bad batch and I returned to Best Buy. No issues at all with the return and got a new one delivered 3 days later. New one works like a champ. I never knew how much I would appreciate a laser when vacuuming. To be honest, it actually makes cleaning somewhat enjoyable. Yes the unit is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I’ve had nothing but success with previous Dyson products. Attachments add to the value as well allowing you to address most flat surfaces in the home. Recommended!

Skip and buy the outsize instead

Hair and dust get caught above the rubber gasket making it extremely hard to fully empty. You are forced to reach your hand up there which still doesn’t get it all. I watched a YouTube on how to take the canister fully off, something you do not have to do with the outsize. Buy the outsize instead

Great Upgrade!

After almost three years we had an issue with our last Dyson so we decided to upgrade. The dust detection laser is incredible. We can see all the areas we miss and it's just been great! Seems more powerful than the v10 we had. Battery life is great and we love the removable battery. Comes with a ton of accessories. Great purchase!

Clean like you’ve never seen

The laser slim fully head is so cool and amazing on hard floors, we have dark granite floors and it’s amazing to see the dust and dirt on the floor that you are about to suck up and you can even see how well you’ve cleaned. Not to mention the debris reports on the screen. I had previously owned the v11 torque drive and I’m so glad I upgraded, not only is the suction MUCH better, but the different tools you get make this vacuum so much better than the previous generation. After using this cordless vacuum I’ll never be able to buy a carded one again. It’s so easy to grab and vacuum super quickly and with many different tools. Everything is fast and better. Would recommend over and over again
