This is the third Dyson purchased. Much lighter than an old Kerby use to have.

Great upgrade. After almost three years we had an issue with our last Dyson so we decided to upgrade. The dust detection laser is incredible. We can see all the areas we miss and it's just been great! Seems more powerful than the v10 we had. Battery life is great and we love the removable battery. Comes with a ton of accessories. Great purchase!

I bought this vacuum to clean our apartment that was all carpeted. We have a dog and 8 cats, so there was a considerable amount of hair on the carpets every day. The vacuum was amazing at picking up the hair and litter crumbs. Cleaning the vacuum is super easy and its slick design makes it fit anywhere very discreetly. A great investment.

Wife loves it now, I almost died when she found out what I paid for it, but after using it the first time she called me just to say she loved it. It should be noted she absolutely refused to use it at first lol.

Great vacuum for cleaning up pet hair and other small things that are hard to see.

This vacuum is absolutely amazing in every area. The laser slim fully head is so cool and amazing on hard floors, we have dark granite floors and it’s amazing to see the dust and dirt on the floor that you are about to suck up and you can even see how well you’ve cleaned. Not to mention the debris reports on the screen. I had previously owned the v11 torque drive and I’m so glad I upgraded, not only is the suction MUCH better, but the different tools you get make this vacuum so much better than the previous generation. After using this cordless vacuum I’ll never be able to buy a carded one again. It’s so easy to grab and vacuum super quickly and with many different tools. Everything is fast and better. Would recommend over and over again

Overall great, super convenient and does just as good a job as a normal vacuum. The battery is a little short on life after two years and it’s starting to show some wear after two years. It’s made of mostly plastic, we just had a part break off ( still works fine ) and we can’t get it fixed since it’s past the two year warranty. Overall would recommend.

This thing can really sick the dirt up!!! No need for a corded vacuum any longer!!!

Super strong vacuum. The roller will catch on door matts unless you go to low setting or no roller. Little heavy, specially when changing attachments or removing attachments to empty it. Great overall!
