A great cleaning experience

It’s probably been over 5 years since we bought anything cordless, and the advancements that have been made are great. The laser seems like a gimmic, but we wouldn’t buy a vacuum without it after using it. Battery easily cleans our entire downstairs with 50%+ remaining.

Clean house with dogs

Awesome product!

The laser really shows you what you’re picking up and what you might have missed without it. The suction is fantastic. The house has never been so clean! The price is steep and I almost didn’t buy it, but it’s proven that you get what you pay for!

Great for homes with pets. The warranty is awesome, and their customer support is always willing to help and replace items that are broken!

Light and Accessories are Compatible

It’s light and easier to use to clean furniture and smaller spaces than the oversized. I love that it takes the same battery as other current stick vacuums since we have a spare for our oversized that can be shared.

Had a bad battery

I could have carried it back to Best Buy but instead I called Dyson. The customer service was very good and told me they had a few batteries that were doing the same thing. He sent me a new battery and it is working great. This is our second Dyson handheld and our Fourth Dyson.
