The vaccum worked great and still works great. I love the laser function on the floor and title head but the only gripe I have is that the caccum doesnt come with a medium extension nozzle but other then that great vaccum.

Great vacuum overall. I am not sure how mine got damaged but I will get another one like this!

This is by far! The best vacuum I've ever owned. 100% worth the price! The only downside is now that I can see all the dust, I feel like I'm living in filth and can't stop cleaning Amazing!!!! I love it!!!

Was skeptical to buy the new one because of the price. I have an older model but wanted a longer lasting battery. Well this is a great buy, works way better and I love the laser.

Great upgrade, had an earlier version and what an improvement. I really thought that the laser was a gimmick, but it really shows the dust and items on the hardwood floors.

The Cadillac of vacuums. I couldnt be happier. PIcks up dirt like you cant believe. However... the catch is to make sure the roller brush is attached. Using just the stick by itself isnt all that great. This is why I didnt give it a full 5 star rating.

Suction power is great and works amazingly. It holds a charge for awhile as well.

The laser feature for dust is by far the coolest feautre. Just be prepared to discover things you didn’t expect to. The battery life could be better. If you have a bigger house you will definitely want a second battery.

I didn’t think that a light on a vacuum was a big deal until inusedd ir, helps detrct any spots you think you might’ve cleaned , suction is good

This Dyson is the best purchase I’ve ever made!! My house is full of cats and dogs and that means lots of hair. The floors and carpets are kept clean with no hassle thanks to my Dyson. Must have for pet owners!

Amazing cleaning and with the smaller form factor, it’s less weight than the regular or outsize. You haven’t cleaned your hardwoods until you cleaned them using a laser head!

Already was a little OCD, this will actually make you want to clean more. Noticeably more powerful than the V11 and better attachments. Easily one of the best things I’ve bought!

I love it, so light to handle and precise, so easy to assemble and very easy to clean the filter. This is my second Dyson product and they never disappoint me

Dyson has done it again, great vacuum better then my old shark that was not cleaning my carpet hardly at all. I should have gotten a dyson years ago.

So far so good! The only issue we have is vacuuming our small rugs. We have to use a specific attachment or the vacuum just gets stuck. It replaced a Roomba and I will never go back. Easy to use and the laser truly shows you how dirty the hardwood floors are, even when you think they are clean!

This vacuum is great! I love the battery life (60 minutes) and the laser to ensure we are getting everything vacuumed. It is kind of pricey, but we plan to have this vacuum for a long time.

And this is the terminator for dust dust cannot hide. With the LED lights, you can actually vacuum in the dark because you could see all the dust even better. I never thought vacuuming would be fun. I actually look forward to it.

i have had my dyson for almost 2 yrs and i love it wouldn't trade for nothing. my $1400 is not as easy to move with ease as the dyson.
