We replaced out V8 model with the V15 and couldn't be happier. The laser hard floor tool is a great addition. It really helps see all of the small particles that you may not normally see. The anti-tangle comb really worked for us. The hair was not wrapped around the brush like it would get in previous generations. The battery life is far improved compared to our older version. If I could make one minor improvement, it would be to have a continuous on switch rather than having to hold the trigger down the entire time.

Light, portable & easy to use. We had the V11, used it for 5 years & now purchased the V15.

I love my vacuum! Almost 1 year with it and had no problems with it. Cleans very well, lightweight and fast.

I don't know how this vacuum is ranked so highly, especially for pet hair. The "trigger" to power the vacuum needs to be held the entire time you're cleaning, which is uncomfortable and irritating. We did buy a part off Amazon to hold the button down to keep the vacuum on, but it's still bothersome. The suction is good, but the parts, especially the upholstery attachments, are worthless. They don't pull up any hair. I have to go over our furniture with a pet hair tool after vacuuming, which is unacceptable for the price of this vacuum. The cannister is small, and I'm not sure if that's the reason the error "airway blocked" comes up so frequently. It's do irritating, especially when I'm in the middle of vacuuming. I take it apart and find no blockage, yet the vacuum won't start because it says there is a blockage. This vacuum is not ideal for pet hair. I have no idea how it got ranked highly in that area. For the price of $800, this vacuum is absolute garbage. I went back to Shark brands, and I have no complaints.

Great so far. Lightweight. Great cleaning power. Great attachments for carpet, hardwood and crevices. High quality cordless vacuum.

Working better than v6 we had previously. The laser gives you the sense of cleaning, which is interestingly satisfying, but it only works well at night or in the dark. It is pretty much useless in the sunlit room. Slightly heavier than V6, and vacuum heads are flimsier than V6. We had to change the battery for V6 every 2 years. The $140-$150 range for each original battery. Run time should be significantly higher than V6 per technical sheets, but I am unsure if I can say significantly. It lasts longer for sure. But not double the time.

Amazing vacuum hasn’t stopped working daily use everyday

Perfect gift idea for those that don’t like vacuuming! Laser attachment works well with dimly lit rooms but other then that it’s not of much use.

Worth money. Good suction power. Cleans carpets really well. All the attachments are helpful.

I was a bit skeptical spending this much, but now I am truly satisfied after using it a few times. The built in laser does a great job of showing things I can’t see otherwise. And the auction is incredible. My only complaint is the battery only last about 35 mins on automatic mode (long enough to do my house) so if you have a really large house you might need to switch to eco mode or need to recharge and finish later.

Works very well and is convenient. One improvement I would make is an “auto on” rather than having to hold the trigger the entire time.
