Great vacuum had it for a year now and it’s fantastic. A little hard to clean but it’s worth the money

After a year of use, I must admit I bought into the hype surrounding this vacuum. Despite trying numerous models for my husky/border collie, this one was highly recommended. However, it falls short in several areas. The turbo mode lasts only about 20 minutes before dying out, and it's not suitable for rugs as it tends to suck them up, making cleaning a hassle. Charging takes too long, and many accessories are essentially useless. Overall, I regret spending so much on this vacuum.

Battery don’t last more 25mins, clean pretty good, would say it’s over price got it on sale 150 off, if wife did ask for it would of never bought for price. But it work great bought 3 year Warrenty

Prefect vacuum for all places. It is very helpful. Good from carpet to hard wood floors.

Never owned a Dyson before but I, like many others, own a messy cat that loves to kick litter everywhere. My previous vacuums would only spray the litter around the room instead of picking it up. This dyson; however, locks those tiny particles in tight. I’ll admit its a pricey piece of machinery but I think it is well worth the money.

This is so much easier to use, and it works better than my previous Dyson Ball.

If you want a long lasting product do not buy this vacuum! I have had this vacuum for only 2 years and the brush head has stopped spinning and suctioning on carpet. I have contacted Dyson and since I am just over my 2 year warranty mark there is nothing they can do. I could order a replacement brush head but it is out of stock and has been for several months. They have no idea when it will be back in stock. $800 for a vacuum cleaner should work for longer than 2 years! It is also a pain in the butt to constantly hold down the trigger. I felt this way as soon as I purchased the vacuum. I won't be buying any more Dyson products. I was also gifted a hair dryer and it only lasted 1 year before having to be replaced luckily I was still under warranty. Unfortunately these products are not meant to last. Save your hard earned $$$.

I was a bit skeptical on how much use I would actually get out of this since I already own a Dyson upright vacuum. But this has been work every penny. Also, it actually got my significant other to actually use the vacuum because of the laser feature, which by the way is mesmerizing! This is by far my best purchase of the year so far.
