10/10 got this as a Christmas gift and it’s the best vacuum ever according to my mom Gets the job done just make sure you clean it out all the way and also make sure the filter is cleaned out otherwise it won’t suck as good. The price is kinda crazy I won’t lie so wait on a sale but it was worth every penny just make sure you get warranty please.

Have had Dysons for a few years now. Theyre good. Wanted to see if this laser was anything worthwhile and Wow! It works. Its an actual laser that shines the particles into view 5 to 6 inches in front of the head. You can actually see all the crud down there instead of sweeping blindly! Very cool.

Excellent vacuum, can be used in a smaller home or apartment as the primary vacuum. A larger home will still require a full size vacuum but this vacuum makes a great secondary unit to get places a larger vacuum just won't reach. I am amazed at how well this little vacuum preforms as it does pick up dirt in areas a full size vacuum just can't get to.

With great quality and laser features, it works perfectly for my pets. Recommend it!

Purchased this for my mother. She is older and absolutely loves this vacuum. It's easy for her to use and gets the job done quickly. She just keeps it on eco mode the whole time and is amazed with how much dust and dog hair it picks up. She said she will never go back to a standard vacuum again! I personally have the v8 and still love it.

If you want a long lasting product do not buy this vacuum! I have had this vacuum for only 2 years and the brush head has stopped spinning and suctioning on carpet. I have contacted Dyson and since I am just over my 2 year warranty mark there is nothing they can do. I could order a replacement brush head but it is out of stock and has been for several months. They have no idea when it will be back in stock. $800 for a vacuum cleaner should work for longer than 2 years! It is also a pain in the butt to constantly hold down the trigger. I felt this way as soon as I purchased the vacuum. I won't be buying any more Dyson products. I was also gifted a hair dryer and it only lasted 1 year before having to be replaced luckily I was still under warranty. Unfortunately these products are not meant to last. Save your hard earned $$$.

Dyson makes amazing vacuum products but the Best Buy warranty is still needed and a good investment.

Great power. A little heavier than past models but still easy to use and carry around with no problem. The laser dust light sounds like a gimmick but is actually really good to use.

Needed a new Dyson after our 4 years old one stopped working. It was a great decision.

Amazing and efficient vacuum! Will suck the dirt off the dirt.

I was not expecting this type of performance from a vacuum. Makes vacuuming fun and gives you confidence that what your vacuuming will be cleaned on all surfaces. The trigger light so dont worry about straining your trigger finger and the grip is good. Highly recommend this vacuum over other models and the green led light makes hardwood floor and tile flooring fun to vacuum.

Really good vaccum cleaner. Great portability especially on stairs and in your car.
