Have had Dysons for a few years now. Theyre good. Wanted to see if this laser was anything worthwhile and Wow! It works. Its an actual laser that shines the particles into view 5 to 6 inches in front of the head. You can actually see all the crud down there instead of sweeping blindly! Very cool.

Purchased this for my mother. She is older and absolutely loves this vacuum. It's easy for her to use and gets the job done quickly. She just keeps it on eco mode the whole time and is amazed with how much dust and dog hair it picks up. She said she will never go back to a standard vacuum again! I personally have the v8 and still love it.

Great power. A little heavier than past models but still easy to use and carry around with no problem. The laser dust light sounds like a gimmick but is actually really good to use.

I was not expecting this type of performance from a vacuum. Makes vacuuming fun and gives you confidence that what your vacuuming will be cleaned on all surfaces. The trigger light so dont worry about straining your trigger finger and the grip is good. Highly recommend this vacuum over other models and the green led light makes hardwood floor and tile flooring fun to vacuum.

I love this vacuum. This vacuum gets rid of everything, except of my money. LOL

Dyson makes amazing vacuum products but the Best Buy warranty is still needed and a good investment.

This Vacuum is fantastic, a must have for pet owners. I give it 4 stars for value though- it's expensive. I'm definitely a Dyson fan boy and this vacuum satisfies that itch. I thought that the light was a total gimmick but it actually shows you a ton of dirt on flat surfaces you can watch it all get sucked up.

Overall, this is yet another great product from Dyson. But there are a few things to note. First of all the vacuum does not stand on its own unless you hook it to the dock. So you have to be careful to not let it fall. The brush size is also pretty small. Thirdly you have to keep holding the power button when vacuuming. It is not your standard on off switch. Aside from these this is a powerful well-built and very light vacuum.

This is the best vacuum i ever had and i highly recommend it to everyone.
