The Apple of Vacuums: It Sucks

I was impressed the forst 6 months of having it, but now im noticing the battery died quicker than usual and it does not pick up all particles on the floor. The battery takes 2-4 hours to fully charge and it takes 20-25 minutes to die on the carpet and 35-30 on hardwood floors. I suggest another vacuum, if I'm being honest. I'm going to have to wait for this one to die.

Outstanding Vacuum

I’ve been a Dyson owner for over 10 years and this by far is the best one on the market! The suction power with the different heads is outstanding! The laser on the soft head shows you what you’ve missed when your vacuuming on your hardwood or tile floors. Dyson has truly made an amazing vacuum for pet owners!

The face of the roller being exposed really allows you to actually touch baseboards and anything else that you vacuum next to. very lightweight and easy to maneuver. wish it came with an extra battery.

Way too expensive, but I’m never returning it!

But… this thing rocks. We had a v8 Dyson stick/battery vacuum, and its worked well for many years, but the battery life isn’t so great. So far this new one seems to manage power much better. And the kids love the silly laser dust thingy. It makes it easier to get them to clean the house!

It’s lite weight, maneuvers easily, and cleans deep down in the carpets. It’s great for picking up dog hair. My house feels cleaner.
