Best Dyson yet. Light, easy to handle, and very efficient.

Love this vacuum! It gets deeper into the carpet then the V11 Torque we had. Even on traffic paths when you vacuum using this, it lifts so much that it lifts almost completely all the deep dirt and debris where it's not much you need to go over with a quick wipe with carpet cleaner broom wand. Overall 10/10 experience and it shocked me how much was coming out of the carpet even though my roommate uses their vacuum to pick up things too. But yeah definitely worth the buy and glad I bought it as it has helped a lot in my room where I vacuum about 3-4x a week since i have really bad dust and allergy sensitivity. So it has been helpful with making sure i pick up everything :) I just wish it came with an extra battery :( 1 battery is not enough but it seems to charge up faster then my v11 did.

This vacuum is far superior to the former version. Definitely worth it! The light works great!

I’m literally devastated about this vacuum. I returned it…3 TIMES! Yes, it’s Amazing. It’s sucks up everything and it’s everything you should expect from a Dyson vacuum that cost $700.00…..until the “clean filter” alert came on after 5 minutes of use the very first time. I returned to Best Buy and exchanged it immediately but guess what?? The second vacuum did the same thing. I then read online that this is a common problem and dyson knows about it. Apparently, there are just some “bad batches” out there with “faulty sensors” The vacuum still worked great otherwise but for $700, I shouldn’t have to accept an faulty sensor. Still I liked the vacuum so much I went back and exchanged it AGAIN, hoping this time I would get a good one….NOPE. Third one did the same thing. I called dyson customer service and they were absolutely NO HELP! The guy literally said “oh sorry, you should return it” I’m done with Dyson. Seriously. $700 vacuum and you can’t get the sensor right?? The good news, Best Buy has the best customer service ever so it’s never a problem to return/exchange. But goodbye dyson.

I really love this vacuum. The laser is so cool because you see all the dust that you wouldn’t normally see.

The vacuum is fine. The battery is a bit strange, if you want decent length of time you have to be in Eco mode. If has ok suction and is fine for now, but I don't think I would buy it again.

I love it. We upgraded and it was the right choice. I wish it wasnt so expensive, but we do us it alot.

I have never owned a Dyson product before. This Vacuum is amazing. When I got the package I was a little overwhelmed. But after taking it out of the box it was very easy to "click" together. And it works great, I did our rug with it and it completely filled up the container with dust stuff. A bit expensive but worth it. the only thing that can be improved is if you included an owners manual to explain when to use the "laser" feature and all the other parts.

Had this unit for about a week and at first it worked great, then it wouldn’t show the particle count graph on the machine. Checked the settings and particle graph option was set to “off”, tried changing it to “on” but the it would always change itself back to “off”. In addition to that the LCD display wouldn’t always stay on, would try going back to the settings menu and the display would turn off before i could change anything. Even when charging the unit the display would no longer show the charge level. Dyson is replacing the unit so we’ll see how well the replacement works.
