Best vacuum you can buy. Worth every penny spent. Works like a charm.

I had gone through several different brands of stick vacs that weren’t lasting. I finally decided I needed to spend a little more to get one that would last. I ran my regular vacuum which is also a good brand but not dyson then ran my new dyson right after. The amount of dirt that the dyson picked up after I already vacuumed was crazy. I love the laser feature and I love the extra tools. I would buy this again tomorrow.

If I could give Dyson zero stars I would. I will never purchase another Dyson product. This is my third cordless vacuum. I’ve owned it for less than one year. I’ve had a myriad of issues. And dealing with Dyson CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PAINFUL. They’ve sent me 2 brand new batteries - allegedly - they are not charging. Dyson then sent me a new body piece. I have the V15. That is. It charging either. I tried buying a new charger online, it’s been sold out for the last month. Now I cannot even get in touch with their digital assistant I had to fill out a form to be contacted. Where does this form go? I’ve never had one person reach out to me from a form fill at Dyson or BB. Second, I purchased three year geek squad protection. What a waste. They told me someone would have to come to my house and physically inspect the vacuum to fix it. The machine is under ONE YEAR OLD. AND I paid for additional three year geek squad from Best Buy. The customer is always right. You should be sending me a replacement. Instead I have to take time off work and out of my day to schedule service for months away for geek squad to visit?! Unreal. I will never purchase Best Buy protection or another product worth $700 let alone fifty from Best Buy or Dyson ever again.

Nothing beats a Dyson. We use this for work and it is amazing.

Upgraded from the v11 and this is an awesome machine.

As usual, another fine Dyson product. This is the third generation of hand-held battery operated Dyson vacuums for us. The older two are still basically working, the first has an intermittent switch problem (much to be expected over so many years), the second still working but only on high speed. Also bought the Dyson blow dryer, which also is unmatched performance.

I purchased this Dyson shortly after it was first released and have been using it very regularly ever since. It's performance and dirt pickup ability on both carpets and hard floors is excellent and the particle count display (along with the auto motor speed adjustment based on this particle count) make it really easy to see how dirty the floor is you're vacuuming. The only complaint I have is that on my medium pile, Mohawk carpet, it can be somewhat difficult to push on the "Auto" and "Boost" modes. I found that opening the front gates on the nozzle can alleviate this problem, but it does mean some airflow is lost. Overall, however, I am incredibly happy with my purchase and have been very satisfied with this Dyson's performance thus far!

Works like a charm. I used a dyson "work-a-like" and thought it was good until I used a real dyson. It cleans like a charm and the ease of use with all the accessories that came with it... I now clean my house happily, it doesn't feel like hard work. Especially now, I am very sensitive to sound and even listening to prolonged vaccum noise irritates me, but now with dyson, I don't get bothered.

This is an amazing vacuum. The laser sight helps n bright light or dark rooms to know when you have fully vacuumed and have not missed anything. The particle size analyzer is a little extra, but it allows the vacuum to know when to switch from light suction to heavy when in auto mode. The larger bin size compared to the other handhelds is also a huge plus.
