Good vacuum cleaner, but the boost mode should be faster. The plastic charger case is also wonky. Still pretty great though.

Almost impossible to push on even low pile carpet. There is an adjuster but even at the lowest it is difficult. For over $700 this vacuum should have a light on both heads.

Plenty of battery life for a small home on auto. The laser definitely helps find problem areas.

Still new to dyson and used this vacuum for the first time. At first use, the performance isn’t vastly different than the cheap shark I had prior. The green light is super helpful at detecting dirt across the floor. I like the vacuum but still determining if it was worth the $$$

Loves the roller attachment for the Dyson to do hardwood floors. It works great along with laser to see the dust on floor.

Works great. Bought a high end tineco prior to this and had several issues with it. Would buy the stain again over tineco.

Very nice vacuum it’s catching all hairs and also hairs are not stuck. I recommend this vacuum.

Machine works well on both carpet and hardwood. The laser light is great on the hardwood and makes cleaning easier. But…..less than one month of ownership and the particle counter stopped working….it’s more than just a display it helps preserve the battery and give you variable power speeds as needed. For $700 price point you would figure Dyson would have better QC and not put out a cheap product. 3rd Dyson product 2nd one that has disappointing results.

This vacuum identifies all of the hidden dirt and dust that we have been living with…. I find myself vacuuming hourly! Great purchase!

This is my first cordless vacuum. I figured going with Dyson, given the quality of their products, was a safe bet. I was wrong. The High Torque brush worked once. The “hurricane” motion/mechanics stopped working as well. I went online to see if I could troubleshoot, but there were no obstructions of hair or fibers to clear. However, that did allow me to notice that the screws on the brush head were stripped. For a unit sold as new and not refurbished, that was unacceptable. I tried to return it to Best Buy and explain they had sold me a previously opened and obviously used product, but they wouldn’t take it back. Given all the items I buy from them year-round as well as purchase the Geek Squad add-on every year, I was disappointed. I’ve since called Dyson and sent the entire unit along with brushes directly to them. They’re replacing the unit once they receive the broken unit which all-in-all equals about 2 weeks, also inconvenient. Needless to say, I won’t be swayed in the future to purchase add-ons like Geek Squad or be sold by brand alone because in the end, a great brand can still produce a lemon.
