Defective/not bestbuys fault

It’s brand new machine, the filter doesnt need to be cleaned. I called dyson and they let me know this is a pretty common issue and that the vacuum would need to be replaced. Dyson told me they couldnt do anything about it because i was still within the return period at Bestbuy. So i called bestbuy and they let me know that because they don’t have any stock available that I would have to either wait until they get stock. Or i could return it. I appreaciate bestbuy being so helpful.
