And they will not refund me my $700. Do not buy this from Best Buy, you will either get a used or refurbished item or a straight up counterfeit one.

Filter needs cleaning message right out of the box

After 3 minutes of using it I got the message that the filter needs cleaning. I checked the filter and it was clean, I didn't even vacuumed the floor. I contacted Dyson they told me to clean it even though it was clean just to see if the message will go away. I cleaned and waited the 24 hours and once I started vacuuming I got the same message. It is very frustrating after reading so many complaints here and on reddit the only way to fix it is to get a new one. I will try to do an exchange but the availability of the vacuum is limited.

Filter issues on screen after FIRST TIME USE.

This is a BRAND NEW vacuum that already has defects. I googled the issue and MULTIPLE people are having issues. Cleaning the filter does not work. The whole unit needs to be replaced. This is incredibly infuriating when I spent $750+ on a DYSON. Horrible quality checks.

I had to contact Dyson and its a Known issue that the display craps out. I tried to return it to Best Buy first and missed my return by 2 days... Do more research into product defects before you buy
