After less than a year, the vacuum’s performance declined—the canister is loose and keeps showing error messages. For the price, I expected durability. Dyson, please address this issue and offer a solution for customers experiencing similar problems.

Super Vacuum - Best Buy Has Great Customer Service

I am amazed at how much dust accumulates every day. My LED light went out after the first three months of use, but Best Buy took care of the problem with a brand new vaccum. Its great to deal with an honest company that takes care of customers. No problem here folks. Buy with confidence!
