Excellent excellent product best thing we’ve ever bought from Best Buy highly recommend it

I'm disappointed with the Dyson. It does not have good suction power and virtually stops when used on an area rug with little fiber "Pile." I purchased the lesser expensive one at Sam's 2 years ago and it was terrific, but it fell and broke prior to purchasing this one. The old one had tremendous suction power and worked well on the same area rug.

Love it easy to carry and it is efficient and fast.

We have been shopping for a reliable vacuum cleaner and then we found this excellent product which was on sale in Best Buy. We have not regretted on acquiring this product since.

Best vacuum I ever had and best buys price is also unbeatable. I strongly recommend looking into it and comparing product quality reviews and prices.

Broke after 4 months. The red seal part just broke off and dented the inner fins in the process. I had a v11 before and it's still operating just fine. I was surprised to see that the locking mechanism for the red seal was all plastic. The Lazer roller head is nice but it doesn't suction anything slightly bigger well.

When you thought your home was clean, then came the v15. If this machine was any smarter, it would be tracing DNA back to its owner. It’s a marvelous vacuum.

I can not find a vacuum better then the dyson, i have tried. I have tried to get away from the expensive vacuume but always come back. Its worth it!! It cant be beat!!

This is a game changer for my family of five plus dogs. Not to mention this has been the best vacuum for not getting long hair stuck all in the bristles. Worth every penny!

we particularly like the lighting than shows the debris and dirt on hard wood floors. Also, the showing of allergies, etc. on the sweeper deplay.

Love this vacuum. I use it almost everyday for my home. Replaced the v8 with this one, and wow, it’s so much better! I know it’s expensive, but it’s worth it!

We've been purchasing Dysons for very long time and I can say this is the best one we had.

We really like this vacuum, it works like a dream, and you can see everything as you pick it up. Great battery life we end up using it a couple times a week.

Everyone has hyped this vacuum so much, I wanted to love it, but unfortunately I don't. Eco mode is a joke!! For anyone who's saying they're vacuuming their floors or carpet and it's coming clean, they are lying 100%. I went back over my laminate floors with a broom, and there was so much more that I picked up. Of course, it has boost mode, but it only gives you about 6-7 minutes with a full battery which is maybe enough time to clean a quarter of my floors. I have thick white fluffy carpet on my stairs and my 2nd floor so I wanted to try the stair attachment, which did not work well at all. I had to get out my regular shark vacuum and use those attachments to pick up what the Dyson missed. I'm overall, just really disappointed. I've been sweeping my laminate floors for the past year and a half looking for the right vacuum cleaner, and I was really hoping this was it, but after being able to sweep and pick up debris that was left behind, I feel jipped!! Ican't believe I paid almost six hundred dollars for this vacuum. I have three dogs, two with short hair one with really long hair (GS) and I just want a vacuum that I can use on my laminate floors that picks it all up without having to sweep afterwards.
