They are built to last. I gave this a 4 only bc of you vacuum on high it loses battery power more quickly than I think it should.

Other than that my wife likes it, but not enough to buy it again too expensive for problems like that!

I didnt realized how my floor gets dusty even a couple of days after cleaning, until i started using this device. I just wish the power vacuum/suction button comes automatic.
