I love my new Dyson. It’s so light to handle and the suction for quickly picking up everything is absolutely amazing! It works wonders for all surfaces, but my favorite thing is how quick and easy I can keep up with my pet dogs hair. The multiple attachments are great for all different kinds of surfaces, whether at floor level or ceiling corners. I find myself choosing to clean with my new vacuum over many other tasks. May sound funny but now it’s I love to clean over most other household tasks! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. My daughter has one and she recommended I get one. VERY HAPPY WITH MY DYSON‼️

Overpriced junk! low battery life top heavy along with being unimpressive.

Very disappointed with Bedt Buy price match policy. Went to the store and showed them a $50.00 difference in price.

First, this is an excellent vacuum. The strength of the vacuum and ease of use is amazing. I’ve always avoided battery powered vaccums because I really like to vacuum and was concerned about running out of battery. I had back surgery and cohabitation with me when not able to vacuum was apparently so terrible that it was worth $700 to my family to fix. On that front its been great. It maneuvers easily and is not heavy. The battery lasts an adequate amount of time. Unless I use the head with that dang light… Be warned though - if you have OCD that is not of the “quirky” variety, the light on this thing will ruin any free time you may have and your peace of mind. Its the worst christmas present even because it works entirely too well. I spend a lot of time talking myself down: “Its not dirty - leave it alone…” Well, it *is* disgusting and this devil light will prove it! Validate all those worries! Its like CSI in here now. I can follow the trail of evidence directly to a specific dog. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and function of the vacuum. It actually outdoes my aging Ball 3. I destroy vacuums just by sheer amount of use, which is why I started buying Dyson’s in the first. Hopefully this fella holds its own for a long while.

I absolutely hated this vacuum. It was hard to hold the handle down while trying to vacuum. The suction seemed good on the hard floor, but on carpet it wasn’t very good. I don’t recommend this.

I bought this product on Black Friday and it never arrived. What Best Buy offered me was just a credit, I need the product and now I have to pay for it at regular price

Heavy. Loud. Hurts your ears, has impeccable high pitch sound that leaves you sort of deaf for awhile. Mediocre clean— was expecting more for the price.

I do not recommend this product. I bought one on August 6, 2023 and it turns off, meaning it cannot be used.

I’ll start with the good: this vacuum is powerful, compact, and comes with enough attachments to clean almost any space. The brush with the green light is extremely effective at highlighting dust and dirt, so much that I put the robot vacuum in timeout as it had just ran the night before. The LCD screen shows stats that can help “gamify” cleaning. Trying to get a “high score” of particulates sucked up makes vacuuming far less boring. It’s also pretty quiet when running, which is a huge step up from our last vacuum. The wheel makes it very easily maneuverable as well. There is a heavier duty brush as well without the helpful green light and I found this to have a little more agitating power which felt like it was giving me a better clean on the thicker carpets in the house. The dust cup is also easy enough to empty with a single hand. Unfortunately, the on/off mechanism is cumbersome enough that I’ve knocked of a star. You have to hold the trigger the entire time you vacuum, and since the unit is on the heavier side it can wear on your wrist and forearm. In addition, the shape of the vacuum doesn’t allow you to get a super shallow angle to vacuum under furniture so you may have to move your couch, chairs, etc. There is an attachment you can use to mitigate this, but it’s an extra step.

Poor customer service and does not replace broken parts or vacuum

Broken part of the main body. Customer service from Dyson is not being helpful at all.

Bought it brand new came with a bad battery or charger never got to use it.

Just opened unit and thing was used and had aftermarket parts.

Very good stick vacuum received many extra attachments does a fantastic job longer lasting battery it adjusts on its own as far as different surfaces to assemble easy to clean I highly recommend this vacuum

This is the best vacuum I've ever had the pleasure of owning. I have a large space and I can vacuum the entire place on one charge. I also have a dog that sheds an insane amount of hair. I used to dread vacuuming but not anymore. The light is the cherry on top of this amazing machine, the amount of hair, dust, and dirt that I've missed while vacuuming in the past is actually quite crazy. The only issue with this vacuum is that you won't want to stop.

I wasn't sure about a cordless vac but this does the job - suction is good, decent canister size and battery life is enough for me to get through my entire house without recharging. The laser light to show dust is great except then I realize how dirty my house is... ugghh.

We are very happy with the Dyson V15 cordless vacuum. We gave our Kirby away after 13+ years because it was just too heavy. This vacuum is light enough to pull out every day, and the battery lasts long enough for what we need. The attachment that stops the cat hair from causing an issue on the roller is amazing.

I have used various cordless vacuums in the past from Dyson and other competitors and this ranks in the top 5 for sure. Inside the box: Vacuum Rechargeable battery that can be replaced Charger Various heads Digital Motorbar another one that lights up green to help you find dirt a crevice tool that lights up as well A combo tool that helps you in various tasks a low reaching adapter that can help you like under sofas 0.20 Gallon bin LCD screen I have used a Dyson Outsized vacuum cleaner and I liked it for the bigger bin (0.50 Gallon) but that being said with the newer tech with the V15 Detect Extra it's a good upgrade. The tool that lights up the floor helps to find dirt you might not of seen and it's green and bright as well. The advertised battery life is around 60 minutes as well and while I don't get the 60 minutes using the auto setting the battery life is good enough for my use case. I have another stick vacuum that lasts for under 25 minutes and has a smaller bin. I also like the LCD screen that tells you what particles you're picking up and how much battery life you have in time left.
