Almost perfect

My only reservations are it is slightly heavy, and the need to hold the power trigger continuously. Otherwise it does an excellent job on both carpets and hardwood floor. The smooth head for the latter really makes the floors shine.

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Only downside is the battery run time is pretty low. Can usually get about 45 minutes of vacuuming before it needs to be recharged again. Recharge time is pretty bad as well. Usually takes about an hour or so to fully recharge. Tried looking into getting a second battery and they are really expensive.

Good vacuum

For one the small pet attachment has a fabric type strip on it that came almost half ripped off out the box, still works well though so not a huge problem. Another thing is I wish there was a way to reset the amount of dirt and stuff that it picks up, that way if you are curious about a certain time frame or area of where you’re vacuuming you can see exactly how much it picked up for that one instance.

It is picking up even more than our old Dyson did. The fluffy optic is so good for locking up pet hair on tiles that you don't normally see. Worth it!

Ye sit deep cleans carpets without tangles, but do we need an LCD screen to tell us what debris it picked up?

Dyson vacuums are known for their powerful suction, making them great for removing dirt, dust mites, PET HAIR or other debris. IF YOU HAVE PETS IT A MUST!

It is very powerful! I have noticed some scratches on my hardwood flooring from using it though and another reason I have it 4 stars is you have to hold the power button down the entire time while using it and while I was pregnant I had carpal tunnel and it was very hard to keep held down without my hand falling asleep.
