Way better than the 12. Better power, larger model. Trigger press is only annoying part but overall love it. Picks up all the dog hair carpet and hardwood.

I am a single Father with 3 daughters, so , yes, this device is used and abused and keeps on..keeepin on!! Now, I need a Laser on everything!!

The fluffy head with the optic lighting is incredible. I can’t believe how much I was missing before this. The trigger does cause some pain in my hand after long periods of use, but other than that this vacuum is killer. Even directed a friend recently to pick one up and she loves it too.

Customer service was excellent, not pushy very knowledgeable. This was the first time I’ve ever shopped at Best Buy and I will now continue. I love my vacuum cleaner. It’s the second one I’ve owned.

I vacuum everyday because it shocks me how much the vacuum picks up everytime. Previously owned a Shark and this definitely does a better job. I have a husky, so the fur is constant. This vacuum picks up even the thing you cant see.

Awesome vacuum. You wont know how dirty the house actually is. Was back and forth on what to do when old v10 stopped working. Bought this vac on sale. Very happy. Definitely recommend.

A worthy and fantastic upgrade from the V7! I’m hoping it’s well worth the price though. I’d suggest waiting to get this on sale. The laser is a fun distinguisher, but I have yet to find it as useful as some of the other fantastic features! LOVE the battery life indicator on the screen.

I love the using the head that you use on hard floors! The light is so cool. It helps you so you don't miss anything! The only thing that is a little bothersome is how it stops spinning when you're vacuuming some of the different types of carpet that we have but I still love i!

We bought this for when we didn't want to pull out the larger vacuum. It works well especially for quick cleanups on most surfaces. I have notice that on some of the area rugs it doesnt have enough suction even on boost. Battery life is alright if you leave it on eco or auto mode, boost mode will drain the battery very quickly.

I looked up a ton of reviews and decided this was my best choice now that I’ve used it for a month or so I’ve noticed it is kinda heavy. I have a 2500 square foot house so it’s a lot of hard wood and a few rooms with carpet.. it’s way better than traditional sweeping cause I can actually see the dust I’m picking up which is so nice. And it sucks stuff really good even on eco. Switching the parts is harder than i expected cause they want to stick and who knows maybe im doing it wrong.. I mean honestly i do really like it but if i didn’t have such a big house i would have gotten the 12 cause i think its lighter

I bought this for my wife and she is absolutely in love with it. The things that it can do is mind blowing, definitely worth the money for this vacuum! It deep cleans carpet better than most vacuums that cost well over $1,000. We are more than satisfied and will continue to be Dyson patrons!

I have been wanting to have a vacuum that is cordless and not heavy. And i have all in one. Very good in any areas of the house.

The idea of this product is cool and all until you have to change bases to move from a carpet cleaning to wood cleaning the laser light feature is amazing but it has some glitches but over all it’s pretty okay. It’s light weight and has some cool information to give about what you’re cleaning up. Again it’s pretty okay
