Overall I am pleased with the cordless vacuum. It is very beneficial for stairs. If I had 1 wish for improvement it would be to make the catch area bigger. The dog hair gets caught above the fill line and is difficult to get out easily.

vacuum works great. have hard wood floors and the light sensor is able to point out dust easily. Would HIGHLY recommend adding warranty with vacuum though as I've had to replace 2 of them already

Love it! I replaced my broom with it and people think the battery life is so short but it does the job so fast that it makes it seem so long

This product was packed damaged - the box arrived undimpled and inside the tube with a "crease". I immediately called Best Buy to get a replacement tube and the required me to return the entire box to get a new one - of course there is not certainty that the next one would not also have a bent tube. Very disappointing experience, overall.
