    I was happy to get this product after reading the reviews. I spent the time unwrapping all the accessories, putting it together (which was easier than unwrapping the various parts), and placing the unit on the charger. WHOMMMP WHOMMP WHOMMP! It wouldn't charge. Even though I knew the outlet worked, I tried using a different one. Still nothing. I researched how would I know if it is charging or not. I learned that there is supposed to be a light that indicates the battery receiving a charge but I never got the light. After 48 hours, there was still no power to the v15. I have to return it. I understand it could have happened during shipping but what if it is a sign of what is to come if I do exchange the v15 for another v15?

    Good luck if you need service

    Worked great for just under a year. Now in twilight zone trying to get service for warranty repair. They are only interested in giving you links to u-tube videos. No service centers nearby (the one in Houston closed) and the customer service number is just an endless loop. Next purchase will definitely be another manufacturer. Products are only as good as their customer service department.

    I purchased this vacuum online. When I went to pick it up I was notified on my phone that it was $100 cheaper. I did a price match and after waiting 30 minutes and the employee calling 3 different managers no one was able to refund me $100 because part of the purchase was my Best Buy bonus points. $400 was my own money!! The employee helping me gave me his business card and said to check back in a few days. The business card does not have a phone number or an email. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at the store. So I have to drive 30 min to the store to speak to someone. Do better BEST BUY!!!!

    I bought the cordless vacuum thinking it would be better, it wasn’t. The fact that I have to keep holding the power button so I can vacuum is very tiring. I returned it and bought me a regular Dyson vacuum

    I hate this vacuum!I had one previously that worked fine. I didn’t love that one either, but my husband did.This one got rave reviews so I bought it and all new rugs at the same time.It has been 6 months and it continues to jam, w/ each use, so I have to manually extract the debris.The attachments are very difficult to remove.I spent a fortune and now I am buying a cheap Shark that I bought for my son. It is so much better and only $200! It is a plug in, but I don’t care.

    Not worth the hefty price tag

    Everyone talks about Dyson like it’s the holy grail of stick vacuums….sadly that’s not the case for me. Spent over $700 on a vacuum and my Amazon $69 stick vacuum does a way better job. I have to go over the same spot multiple times to get it to pick a little piece of fuzz up and then it falls right out…there is no obstruction in the nozzle causing this. I’m past the return window but heed my advice…spend your hard earned dollars on a different product

    I had to push really hard to clean my carpet and for the price i ended up returning it. Also, it is heavy because of the battery. Not light at allz

    Quality not like they used to be

    After using it just a few times the display had gone bad. Good thing i purchased through BB because Dyson replacemt would have taken 7-14 days for a new one. Hopefully the replacement one from BB lasts a little longer.

    After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical in purchasing. The vacuum seemed to work fine for about 10 minutes and then the brush head quit spinning. Seems like Dyson missed the mark on this one.

    Very disappointed. Bought for white dog hair on wood floor. Suction not good and can’t finish house without battery dying. I am looking for new vacuum .

    Broke down and shipped out but never repaired, called over 30 times, Dyson does not give a s about customer service .

    For Hard-Wood floors the Dyson Outsize Total Clean Cordless Vacuum is a great tool for around the house. The Setup is simple along with the many attachments. You connect the battery and the right accessory. Press the Trigger button (The On Button). The amazing green light grants you the sight of all the dust and debris on the ground. There are different modes for the Dyson Vacuum. The eco mode was what I used 75% of the time. This grants you the best battery life but a lower power suction. It lasted me roughly 75 minutes or so. Medium ran for about 35 Minutes with stronger suction. The other two modes I didn't use were louder and drained the battery. How does this thing function and maneuver? Well, Getting under beds and around corners is a breeze. With the cordless design no more choked feeling. The swivel on the vacuum is perfect for harder angles. Also, depending on the task another attachment may be much needed. Just be prepared to get a workout. If you are not used to holding things up or over your head this will be fun. I was just happy I could clean the house floor so quickly!

    Battery doesn't hold a charge. Completely non working not even 60 days of purchase. Worked decent when actually worked.

    I love it but I had to exchange it and they where going to send a new one and Didn’t get the product and it’s been a month called to see if I could pick up since it never got delivered and they said I have to wait till they refund my money or send me another one

    Worst Christmas Present Ever (Excellent Vacuum!)

    First, this is an excellent vacuum. The strength of the vacuum and ease of use is amazing. I’ve always avoided battery powered vaccums because I really like to vacuum and was concerned about running out of battery. I had back surgery and cohabitation with me when not able to vacuum was apparently so terrible that it was worth $700 to my family to fix. On that front its been great. It maneuvers easily and is not heavy. The battery lasts an adequate amount of time. Unless I use the head with that dang light… Be warned though - if you have OCD that is not of the “quirky” variety, the light on this thing will ruin any free time you may have and your peace of mind. Its the worst christmas present even because it works entirely too well. I spend a lot of time talking myself down: “Its not dirty - leave it alone…” Well, it *is* disgusting and this devil light will prove it! Validate all those worries! Its like CSI in here now. I can follow the trail of evidence directly to a specific dog. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and function of the vacuum. It actually outdoes my aging Ball 3. I destroy vacuums just by sheer amount of use, which is why I started buying Dyson’s in the first. Hopefully this fella holds its own for a long while.

    I love my new Dyson. It’s so light to handle and the suction for quickly picking up everything is absolutely amazing! It works wonders for all surfaces, but my favorite thing is how quick and easy I can keep up with my pet dogs hair. The multiple attachments are great for all different kinds of surfaces, whether at floor level or ceiling corners. I find myself choosing to clean with my new vacuum over many other tasks. May sound funny but now it’s I love to clean over most other household tasks! I would definitely recommend it to anyone. My daughter has one and she recommended I get one. VERY HAPPY WITH MY DYSON‼️
