The vacuum does an amazing job with both carpet and hard floors. Noticable difference in suction power from my previous standard bissel pet pro vacuum. The attachments make it essy to swap out and use for various cleaning needs. While the light may seem gimmicky it is quite helpful in noticing particles you might not see otherwise. Would love if dyson incorporated the light in all the attachments to make seeing debris easier while using them.

This vaccum is amazing, the battery life is great, it’s very powerful, and the attachments are super helpful, definetly worth the money, if you find it on sale then you 100% should buy

I live this vacuum. I don’t think it is for everyone, but the cordless option is great. I don’t have to maneuver a cord around furniture or unplug it to plug in somewhere else. I do have a corded Dyson ball and I am sure I will use it again. I just haven’t since buying this vacuum. It’s easy for me to empty and auction is really good. Some people may not like the trigger you have to hold but I don’t even notice it. We will have to mount it on the wall since it doesn’t stand but I think I have found the perfect spot for it. I like the attachment I can use on hardwood floors as well…it’s great on the hardwood stairs! I haven’t used the one that is for hair. I hope it works well on our bathroom tile. I also like that the tool to help reach under couches and other furniture came with this V15. It is an additional purchase with the V15 Submarine (I returned that one for other reasons). Also, I would recommend this V15 if it is on sale. Best Buy was running a good one when I made this purchase.

Oh MY GOSH is all I can say about this vacuum!! I was so hesitant to spend this much, or buy into this just for the name but now I could kick myself for not doing it sooner!! Super lightweight, has amazing suction (even with 2 dogs & 2 cats), and the wall mount is an added bonus. The only thing I see that’s unnecessary is the screen showing the size of the particles it picks up. I don’t have one bad thing to say and I’ve had it over 2 yrs. I will NEVER buy another brand or another corded vacuum. This is 10/10

This thing is a beast! Makes vacuuming fun, even the kids love to take turns cleaning. Love the green led light, you can see everything you don’t see with the naked eye. Strong and the battery lasts long. Highly recommend!

The vacuum is AMAZING!! It literally has everything you need to maintain the cleanliness of your home. We have 5 pets so it’s important to pick up the dander our pets leave behind. We love the light that you can turn on to see the small dust particles you’re sucking up. The suction pressure is great and we love all the attachments. We just used it earlier today to clean our Dyson purifier. The mess is as easy as releasing a trigger and there’s a system that it auto ejects as well when you pull the trigger so no more sticking your fingers in the canister to get clumps of hair out! 10/10

It is unbelievable how much better this is than any other vacuum I've ever owned. I'm disappointed it took me this long to get it. I have a dust allergy and the filter on it makes sure no dust gets out while cleaning. Truly worth the price.

My friend recommended to buy this kind on vaccum. At first i refuse to get in because its too pricey. But after she showed me how it works and very lightweight, i was convinced to buy it. I never regret i bougt this vacuum. Its worth the price. Very easy to use, it sucks the dust ver well and leave my house very clean and brand new. I also recommend this to everyone. Very good quality of vacuum.

The Dyson V15 Detect is seriously awesome! It's got this cool laser that shows you all the dust you missed, and it tells you exactly how much dirt you're picking up. It’s a bit pricey, but with its powerful suction and long battery life, it's totally worth it for a super clean home.

Suprising power in a lightweight package. We can vacuum our entire home on a single charge. The attachments are well made and appear to be reliable. The floor cleaning head with the laser dirt finder really points out where we need to concentrate our cleaning efforts. The carpet cleaning head is good for low pile carpets. It can struggle a bit on thick carpet.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED, UPGRADED TO THIS DYSON AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. MUCH MORE POWERFUL, LONGER RUN TIME AND THE LIGHT FOR DUST DETECTION IS AWESOM!

Very easy to maneuver around and the green laser lets me see all of the dust and pet hair that is virtually invisible to the naked eye. I have made it a routine to vacuum my floors every 2-3 days as I now see how quickly it all comes back if I don't. In auto mode, it takes me about 15min to finish and I still have more than 50% battery left to use the crevice tool and vacuum over the bed.

I love this vacuum! This is my second Dyson. The suction and lightweight of this model is compared to none. The laser shows the dust on the floor with impeccable precision. I can’t get over how much dirt I got off my carpets after I ran my old sweeper! Definitely buy this, especially with Best Buy‘s financing options, which are always the best in town!

In a home of 3-4, depending on when my son is at college, with 2 dogs and 4 cats and a wife recently diagnosed with cat, dust and mold allergies. We bought a Dyson Ball corded vacuum years ago that served us well but wanted something cordless. I had always thought that the laser light was some kind of gimmick, but Oh My God! When you see what is all over the hardwood floors every day it changes what you think about yourself and how clean you think you are! Even with a Roomba cleaning the floors 3 days a week i am amazed how much dust, lint, dog hair, cat hair and long human hair is all over the house. Again thought beforehand that the numbers of particles and such that it shows on the small LCD screen was a gimmick but not after seeing it with my own eyes! I can’t say enough how amazing this vacuum is because you have to see it yourself. I happened to get it on a good sale but it is worth the full price. Hands down this is the best money I’ve spent this year.

Best vacuum for any floors, Hardwood with fluffy roller will pick up everything without scratching, laser shows you were you missed. Carpet attachment gets so much dog hair out of carpet and rugs, and the different power modes for suction will let me finish the whole house and use little battery. best replacement for my Dyson V7
