Battery not compatible with EU power network

The answer was yes because the battery is dual voltage. We used the product without any problems in the US but it does not work with the European electricity.

Poor product

Do not buy from a long-time Dyson customer.

I purchased this vacuum in February of 2024 and the light on the Fluffy Optic Cleaner Head quit working on July 23, 2024 after weekly use on a laminate floor. Dyson has repeatedly told me that the part is out of stock and is not offering anything else in its place. This is my fourth Dyson over the years and this is the only one that has had issues, however the Dyson customer service experience has been so poor that I will not buy another Dyson product.

Worst idea ever.

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Vacuum is not only expensive but the suction power is really not that great, it stopped adjustin the suction power when it changes from hardwood floor to carpet, and the worst part about this vacumm is by far when you try to empty it, all the hair gets stuck on the top and you have to put your hanside and pull it out while all of the dust and dirt fly everywhere, there are many other older models that work much better than this one.

Dont waste your money if you plan on usin it every

Instead of just sending it firts and then i can send the old one . They are leaving me without a vacuum with 4 dogs

Not what I expected from Dyson

Terrible

This one is even more messed up than the first. Had a dyson animal with no issues fir a few years- this is our 2nd and once again ill have to drive 45min to a best buy for geek squad to tell me the same thing as the first time. For the $$$ you expect it to last at LEAST a year, this is ridiculous

Waste of Money

I cleared out one area and still isn’t working. Think I have to take it apart but I been on hold for 35 mins for BestBuy support. Not worth the money $800 later.. cleaning out it difficult so tools is a must.

Not durable and Dyson customer service is HORRIBLE

Dyson customer service is HORRIBLE. It appears that almost everything that could go wrong with this device is considered "regular use" and "normal wear and tear" by Dyson. They definitely don't want to warranty their products unless it literally just stops working.

Very Disappointed

It has since slowed way down and basically pushes dog hairs around. Warranty is useless. Best Buy says we have to go through Dyson despite being a Total Tech member. Dyson sent us a new filter which helped a little for a few runs but I’m waiting for a response as to my next step.

Bad Out of the Box

I spent the time unwrapping all the accessories, putting it together (which was easier than unwrapping the various parts), and placing the unit on the charger. WHOMMMP WHOMMP WHOMMP! It wouldn't charge. Even though I knew the outlet worked, I tried using a different one. Still nothing. I researched how would I know if it is charging or not. I learned that there is supposed to be a light that indicates the battery receiving a charge but I never got the light. After 48 hours, there was still no power to the v15. I have to return it. I understand it could have happened during shipping but what if it is a sign of what is to come if I do exchange the v15 for another v15?

When I went to pick it up I was notified on my phone that it was $100 cheaper. I did a price match and after waiting 30 minutes and the employee calling 3 different managers no one was able to refund me $100 because part of the purchase was my Best Buy bonus points. $400 was my own money!! The employee helping me gave me his business card and said to check back in a few days. The business card does not have a phone number or an email. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at the store. So I have to drive 30 min to the store to speak to someone. Do better BEST BUY!!!!

Good luck if you need service

Now in twilight zone trying to get service for warranty repair. They are only interested in giving you links to u-tube videos. No service centers nearby (the one in Houston closed) and the customer service number is just an endless loop. Next purchase will definitely be another manufacturer. Products are only as good as their customer service department.

Hate it!

I didn’t love that one either, but my husband did.This one got rave reviews so I bought it and all new rugs at the same time.It has been 6 months and it continues to jam, w/ each use, so I have to manually extract the debris.The attachments are very difficult to remove.I spent a fortune and now I am buying a cheap Shark that I bought for my son. It is so much better and only $200! It is a plug in, but I don’t care.
