After a couple of years of using an old Shark Navigator I knew it was time to upgrade when it recently started loosing suction power. I was on the fence between Dyson and Shark cordless systems for a while. I did a lot of thorough research between the two but I found that Shark did not offer a real POWERED motor brush for the cars steps and the couch. This was honestly the biggest deciding factor. I decided to bite the bullet and spend $700 on a vacuum. And I have zero regrets. First things first I have 2 EXTREMELY hairy dogs that are very messy and drag all sorts of grass and dirt into the house on the daily. The shark struggled for years to even get most of the hair up. Typically after I vacuumed the hard wood I would have to take the Swiffer around the house twice to pick up the missing bits that the shark missed. NOT ANYMORE I felt like a little kid at Christmas opening the box. Everything was very well packaged and protected and setup was a breeze. I allowed the vacuum to fully charge which took a while. Once fully charged I went to town on vacuuming the house and let me say wow! I emptied the bin twice and was utterly disgusted at how gross my floors were. The green laser is no joke and will allow you to see every speck of dust and hair on your hardwood. I initially thought the green laser was a gimmick but I quickly realized I will never own a vacuum that does not have this feature. Every particle on the floor is lit up by the little green light and it actually makes vacuuming extremely fun and satisfies my ADHD. Who can say they like vacuuming in the dark? I do! The power tools that were included are excellent and the little motorized screw tool removes all of the dog hair from my couch. The battery lasts about an hour when doing my hardwood in my 999sqft home. You may need to purchase an additional battery if you want to clean a larger house. I even use the Dyson in my camper on the weekends. I'm even considering purchasing a smaller version for my camper. I initially had an issue with the motorized screw tool. I contacted Dyson support and they shipped me a new one next day. I love this vacuum. Unfortunately the price is a bit steep which can be a big turn off to some. But if you are in the market and want something premium and will help you tackle your obnoxious pet hair this is for you!

Great cleaner with a lot of power. Each attachment designed for specific jobs. Easy cleaning. One of the best vacuums we have ever owned.

Held off on this because of the price tag but let me say once I bought this, my whole perspective of dirty floors changed from being able to see how many different particles you can see with the green light! I use to sweep daily with the gyson it makes everything so much easier & quicker!

Had my last Dyson for 5 years. I believe it was the V8. Sold our home and left it for the buyer. Nothing wrong with it, just wanted the new tech. Needed a new one and picked this up on sale. WOW. Such a huge upgrade. Thing thing has been great. From vacuuming the mattress, to chairs, to floors. Its just all around fantastic. Thank you, Dyson!

Time is precious. Untangling hair in the vacuum roller is not precious time. Old Dysons are irrelevant if they don't detangle automatically. Oh and the green light shows actual scary dirt that mopping and all thaf didn't get. Great for hardwood floors. Best deal and best quality I've ever found at Best Buy (especially dyson stuff). This is worth sticker price but i saved $400 and felt like it was a Doosone from Amazon but naw, this is the bomb vacuum for all of the house. 45-60 minutes of vacuuming is enough to finally clean up my kids messes. Thanks for keeping the innovation rolling Dyson, and to Best Buy for marking it so cheap I felt like I was at Walblart or TAR**IT

Best Vacuum ever! My wife can't stop cleaning. She loves the feature where the light comes on and she can all the dust, dog hair and lovely spiders! Battery final lasts as long as needed!!! I liked this so much a bought one for my son and daughter as gifts this last year as well as mine. This is a must buy,

Was skeptical of the power of the vacuum until I used it. Impressive power and the rollers do not seem to get tangled on anything it picks up. The laser light shows all the fine dust dirt to pick up. The only reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is that I bought this to replace an old Dyson cordless where the battery quit after 30 seconds.....Hopefully this one will last longer.

I love this thing! The battery life is AMAZING. There are so many parts but they are all useful. My favorite way to use it is in its compact mode. Cleans my couches so well it looks brand new. I am quite literally obsessed. I never knew my favorite piece of technology would be a vacuum.

I absolutely love the Dyson V15 Detect cordless stick vacuum. Despite its compact size, it delivers incredible suction power. The battery life has been solid.....while some reviews mention issues, I’ve had no problems so far. It’s easy to empty and clean, and it quickly converts into a smaller handheld vacuum when needed. With two Husky dogs, this vacuum has held up amazingly, helping keep our home under control. It is on the expensive side, but every penny has been worth it. I would absolutely recommend this vacuum.

Its powerful suction and ease of use tackles all messes big or small for my family of 6 plus 2 dogs. This thing is such a lifesaver!

I recently purchased a Dyson cordless vacuum, and I can honestly say it’s been a great buy. The suction power is excellent, and the cordless design makes it incredibly easy and convenient to use. It’s lightweight, very maneuverable, and I can reach every corner of the house without dealing with any cables. The battery life is very good for a full cleaning session, and it recharges quickly. As small as a feature as it may be, the green light on the hard floor attachment is probably the most satisfying feature on a vacuum ever. Also, the amount of power that this vacuum has is incredible. We switched from a wireless shark to this and oppeded to purchase an additional battery. Honestly, 2 months in and we havent even used the additional battery yet. The battery life is fantastic in auto mode.

This vacuum is awesome it comes with a bunch of different attachments depending on the kit that you get we especially like the fiber optic light for the hardwood floors it's amazing to see how much dust is on the floor thank you Dyson I'll be buying more products in the future

I recently purchased the Dyson - V15 to replace my first generation Dyson cordless vacuum that I've had about 7 years and am so impressed with all of the upgraded features. I didn't think I could love a vacuum more, but I do! My favorite features are on the digital screen that displays the three different succession modes, battery life, and dust particles detected. Also a big fan of all the attachments and how quickly the battery charges and its efficiency.

I am absolutely blown away by this Dyson V15 Detect Extra. The suction power is phenomenal, and it makes quick work of cleaning everything from deep carpets to hardwood floors. The laser detection feature on the fluffy head is not a gimmick—it is genuinely amazing for seeing and tackling microscopic dust you didn't even know was there. The ten included accessories make it a true whole-house cleaning system. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the battery life is more than enough for my entire home. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned and highly recommend it!

We've owned this for 5 months; we purhased it when our almost-new, top-of-the-line Samsung was in for repair. We LOVE this vacuum. Here are our pros and cons: Pros- great cleaning: picks up a ton of dirt/pet hair; works well on hardwood, LVP/LVT and thick carpet; combination of tools and stick format makes it super easy to get under and around furniture, as well as do stairs; we have a short-haired pet, and this seems to pick it up thoroughly without tangling; (our other vacuum tangled every time we used it); multiple modes- you can override the AI to use higher or lower "suck" modes; easy-to-empty canister. Cons: somewhat weighty- not the lightest out there, but also cleans better than those; you have to hold the trigger (on switch) down the entire time you're using it- if you lose contact or lighten your grip, it stops; battery life- it does burn down quickly especially if you use high power mode much.and takes awhile to recharge fully; no stand- if you like freestanding, you need to buy a stand separately. Any of the cons for us are well worth putting up with for the cleaning power and versatility. We would not have bought the Samsung Bespoke AI if we'd tried this one first, but glad we discovered it!

This Dyson-V15 vacuum must have been made just for me! Really, this is so easy to use, picks up everything including dog and car hair. I will never be without one!
