Great upgrade from V11. Powerful and long battery charge.

I have a mixed review on this vacuum and the reason is... I went to bestbuy the buy this vacuum after looking at many options online and searching reviews. When i got it home and charged it fully it worked perfectly! I was happy with my purchase after my 15 minute 15 use. The suction was so much stronger than I expected. Fast forward to day two.. I went to use the vacuum and after running for about 3 minutes it died. It didnt die down slowly, it just switched off. The battery was fried.. It wouldnt charge or recognize it was plugged in. After trouble shooting on the app, it told me I needed a new battery. I tried calling Dyson and it was impossible to get somebody on the phone. I didn't want a replacement battery I wanted a replacement vacuum so I swapped it back at BestBuy. The second one has been perfect so far. 5 stars for working unit, 1 star for dead unit, and 1 star for Dysons non-existent customer service.

Works great! I have a cat and the laser on the hard floor head works great to show all the hair and dust!

Amazing vacuum. So advanced! Love the light that shows you everything on the floor. The chart that shows you types of debris being picked up is useful.

Before owning this the house was always a mess! Now I just grab the Dyson off the wall and everything gets clean within minutes! The best part is the sensor that counts all the dust getting sucked up.

Bought the first one. Tried it. Love it. Went back and bought a second one for my daughter. So easy and convenient to use. I would definitely recommend the Dyson V-15!

Ok… doubtful at first, but wow. Im blown away by how well this combo is. Very versitle and easy to carry around the house and behind my desks. Used it for my car and it cleaned it really well. Charging station is easy to mount and looks pleasing if you place it in the right spot in your home. Id get this if you saw it on sale! $649.99 nothing more.

Best vacuum on the market and addictive with the laser attachment. Worth every penny, so far….if it last like my other Dyson vacuums I will not need any other for 10 years.

Love the suction power and the convenience of the cordless use. However the tube and wheels should have been made with stronger material instead of plastic. It makes it very flimsy especially at the connections.

Always been a fan of these dyson vacuums. I’ve had an older version that is about 7 years old and the battery stopped holding its charge. This new version is more powerful from my old one which I love.

Very disappointed with this purchase. After less than a year, the vacuum’s performance declined—the canister is loose and keeps showing error messages. For the price, I expected durability. Dyson, please address this issue and offer a solution for customers experiencing similar problems.

An ESSENTIAL for pet owners and anyone looking to elevate their cleaning regime. I haven’t run into any issues of the unit running out of charge and my floors (and furniture) have never been so clean.

This product is amazing. Three different power levels and it indicates how much time is left. It cleans beautifully!

I use slide cat litter and for those if who don't know, it's like the softest beach sand omu have ever felt. So I I had very high expectations for this as I thought to do the trick. But I have to go over the same spots over and over again and still find some on the ground so I end up having to use my big vacuum. So if you don't have any cat litter like that it'll work great for you but not what I expected

I ask myself only one question - why didn't I buy it earlier? The best!

Just like other Dyson vacuums we’ve owned this one does a great job without the hassle of a cord. Especially like the attachment that comes with it to get under beds and furniture.
