Its heavy, I am handicap and can only use it for about 10 minutes. I have no idea what the double roller head is for, it wont pick up dust, fruit loops, dog kibble or a band aid wrapper on hard floor. It don't work on carpet, the carpet just slows it to a stop. The single roller works on hard floor and boost mood. If you leave it on auto you can see all the dust it leaves behind. I love the fact that it bends so you can get under furniture. Its great a picking up dog hair and for use on the couch. The mounting system is useless, unless you are mounting to a stud. The Hardware is too cheap to hold in sheet rock, you need two metal wing mounts to place on sheet rock.

We had one before but the gaskets separated from the body and they refunded me the purchase price and it was on sale for $200 less, and got 200 in store credit. Thanks for honoring your warrenty

We currently have wooden floors and couches. Just wow. What a big difference in cleaning my home. Would recommend to everyone

Upgraded to the Dyson from a tineco, the Dyson is much stronger and easier to empty!

This vacuum is the jam. It has enough power, suction, and gadgets… i can do it all! It makes life much simpler.

Excellent vaccum, more than worth the purchase. It makes my old vaccum feel inadequate and my air purifiers are now running at lower volumes and do not constantly notify me that the air quality is poor. Best buy was zero hassle when the vaccum went on sale for cheaper than what I paid.

Truly Dyson lives up to it name. I can do my entire house packed with dog hair on one charge. Its great!

I bought this particular vacuum thinking it would conquer my golden retriever large amount of hair. It seems to do well on my hard wood floors, but it having issues with the carpet. I love Dyson’s products so I will investigate further.

The best vacuum with 3 different suction speeds depending on how much you need. Pricey but worth to have it rather than other brands

This dyson is amazing. Has alot of tools & has alot of suction power. Was really shocked. But, definitely you would want one.

My favorite wireless vacuum so far, a lil expensive but u get what u pay for.
