I only thought my old vacuum was cleaning, the stuff this one picked up that my other one left behind - YUK! Love that it is cordless, just take off charger and go, no cord to move from room to room. One charge will do the entire house and I have 2 dogs and a husband

I received this for Christmas and was happy to receive it as one of our sons has one and they are very happy with theirs. I am not as happy though after only having it for two months. I had a Shark Rotator NV752 that worked perfectly fine other than hair getting wrapped around the brush roller. I didn’t foresee how this Dyson wouldn’t be sufficient but now I know. We have a Great Pyrenees mix and two kittens, with medium hair length. It constantly says air duct clogged even though I keep checking and nothing is stuck anywhere. I also hate having to switch out the brush heads when going between hard woods, rugs and carpet. The suction on this just does not compare to my Shark. Disappointing for the amount of money spent. This may be great for an old person who lives alone and has no pets but not for families with pets who love clean floors. I am about to buy another Shark because this thing just isn’t cutting it.

What is there not to like about this vacuum? Everything is on point will not disappoint.
