LOVE the info-graphic on handle/vacuum unit. It makes hubby vacuum ALL the time now !!! Ok, at least 1-2 x/week

I currently own four Dysons and I love each and everyone of them for different reasons. I recently purchased the V 15 with 10 attachments. This Dyson doesn’t seem to be any different from the rest of the Dysons I own however, I have one issue that I cannot seem to figure out… when I am using the long vacuum attachment on my carpet. I start the vacuum up and it vacuums for about 3 to 5 seconds and then shuts off. The canister is completely empty, and the filters are brand new. Any other attachments I put on and use, the vacuum works flawlessly. The only thing it will not do is vacuum my carpet. Help!
