I have 4 pets at home, so for me dyson vacuums are a huge need. I upgraded from the v11 to this one, and the light feature some of the attachments have are a game changer. You can actually see what you’re picking up, I notice the bin gets much fuller with this one since im picking up more hair than I used to.

You see see dirt and dust you never knew was there.

It does an excellent job at vacuum up my floors and getting all the dog hair. My only complaint is the canister that holds the dirt/hair. There is the tiniest of gaps between the cannister and the exterior so when you open the latch to empty the cannister there are random hairs/dog hairs that you cannot possibly get out and they stick out of the cannister. It's super annoying. Everything else is good though (I've had it for about 3 months now.)

I’ve been using Dyson for years now and I just can’t see myself using another brand.

Cordless feature is great, and it makes cleaner more frequently a lot easier. Great suction and the quality of cleaning is also great. However, a key piece broke off that helps it turn/maneuver in December 2024, and 4 months later we are still getting the runaround on getting the replacement part. So, the 2-year warranty isn't worth a whole lot. They offered to send us a cheaper vacuum with less features if we ship all of the broken vacuum in including all the attachments. This is pretty horrible service on a $500+ vacuum. Would not recommend Dyson again, and this is our third Dyson.

Laser could be brighter or maybe some sort of led on the head.. otherwise performs like a dyson. EXCELLENT.

My very first Dyson cordless vacuum. My biggest issue with any spin head vacuum is that the hair gets stuck. Not on this one! The green light lets me see all the dust you wouldnt be able to.

Sucks like she loves you! Great vaccum! My wife loves it! The detect is an amazing, well built product that seems like it will last at least a couple years. Thank you Best Buy.

Crazy strong. Wish some parts were metal. It will flex as you vacuum on high.

the lasar light function is very helpful, almost too much as it lhighlights all defects on floor along with dust & debris. Works well, cleaning not too much of a hassle. much handier than hauling out my cordd vac for every job.

Love this thing it really gets all the corners but if you dont have strong wrists this could be heavy.

Best vac I’ve had thus far and this is my 3rd Dyson.

Its heavy, I am handicap and can only use it for about 10 minutes. I have no idea what the double roller head is for, it wont pick up dust, fruit loops, dog kibble or a band aid wrapper on hard floor. It don't work on carpet, the carpet just slows it to a stop. The single roller works on hard floor and boost mood. If you leave it on auto you can see all the dust it leaves behind. I love the fact that it bends so you can get under furniture. Its great a picking up dog hair and for use on the couch. The mounting system is useless, unless you are mounting to a stud. The Hardware is too cheap to hold in sheet rock, you need two metal wing mounts to place on sheet rock.
