The Dyson V 15 is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

I love it! This my second purchase of a Dyson sweeper.

Own one and is the best. Got this one for mom birthday

So far so good. I really like the green light and hard floor feature.

I was not impressed with it’s initial performance until I realized it was due to a faulty part, the stem attachment that also carries current to the end pieces didn’t maintain continuity. So, brushes weren’t spinning, lights weren’t lighting… my return window closed before I realized (thanks BB for taking away my 1 year window) so I had to rely on Dyson support. They took a while to confirm my diagnosis and then told me the part was out of stock so I don’t know how long I will be sitting in my own filth. Hopefully they send it soon so I can update my review.

Worked great for the first year then it got hard to push due to a broken wheel and now it won't run for more then a few seconds before it shuts off. Thankfully I had got the Geek Squad protection.

Good little vacuum. Just the battery life sucks when u use it on high mode only lasts 20 mins.

I loved this product. However, one day, it stopped working. I reached out to customer support and on a video call demonstrated the item was broken. For a warranty return you have a choice: they ship the replacement part or you ship back your unit and wait for them to receive it and ship you a new one. Replacement part was out of stock, so I had no choice but to ship them the unit and wait. It has been over 3 weeks now and no replacement and every time I call for an update, I get put on intermittent holds with no resolution after an hour. How am I suppose to clean my house? Dyson needs to update this process. For example, when you upgrade your phone, you have 30 days to send in the old one. Why then after a video call demonstrated my unit was inoperable, couldn't they immediately ship me a new one and charge me if my defective unit never arrived? Very disappointed that I spent so much on a product that lasted less than a year!

Dyson really needs to make replacement parts more accessible

Very efficient vacuum and handy. Would have given 5 stars if the battery life was better on autaumatic mode.

Suction power ain’t as good as the V8. This item is way too overpriced for this type of quality. Overpriced plastic…literally.

This is my third Dyson. I am not a fan of this specific model/style. I believe it’s overpriced. For almost $700 I expected more. The battery life is awful and I don’t feel the suction power is as good as the corded vacuum. I wish I would've bought the Dyson corded model.

Attachments are plentiful and vacuum is strong. Wish it had a feature for easily vacuuming loose carpets.

I normally choose Dyson or Electrolux vacuums. I had gotten an Electrolux stick vacuum to replace the Dyson stick vacuum of mine that quit. I am only 5'5 and the electrolux handle was too short for me. I returned it, not a Best Buy purchase. I had wanted this Dyson and waited until it was down to a price I could afford and took the leap. So sorry I got it too! It runs for about 2 feet and shuts down. I lift it up off the carpet and release the power button and try agan. Same issues over and over again. It is so frustrating. I had to recharge it to get anywhere close to doing our living room and it isn't a big room either. Dyson are too expensive to not work!

Dyson has outdone themselves once again! This will be my 4th Dyson vacuum and with each new model I get, they keep improving, and improving, and improving. This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned! Unboxing it, the vacuum comes with every attachment you would ever need! I won’t go through all of them but you get the main vacuum head, a small upholstery cleaner with spinning brush, crevice tool, dusting tool, and many more. This unit comes with one battery. When cleaning our 2400 square foot house we easily have enough battery to clean the entire house from top to bottom with lots of battery to spare. We usually run it in the auto mode and occasionally bump it up to the max power setting for hard to clean areas. It also comes with a wall mounting bracket so you can easily mount the head and extension tube on the wall for easy storage and charging We recently redid our entire upper level with luxury vinyl plank and I have to say until we got this vacuum, we “thought” we were cleaning it very well every week. Boy, were we wrong! This Dyson comes with a special roller made for hard floors and it has a green laser light on it that fans out on front of the roller so you can really see the dirt and dust on your floor. I guarantee you will be amazed the first time you use this attachment on how dirty your floors actually are! That head makes it very easy to scope out dirt and dust and vacuum it up with ease! It also comes with a regular roller head that is great for carpeting. The only gripe I have ever had with Dyson vacuums are that the standard heads don’t have lights on them. Its even more puzzling now that they have the green laser light on the other head. Come on Dyson, light it up already! Other than that small gripe, that head also works amazingly! You can literally feel the head sticking to the carpet and sucking everything up. Its not hard to push, but you can definitely feel the suction. I’ve never experienced that before, even with a corded vacuum. I will also mention both of the rollers are no-tangle. They do work very well picking up hair and things like that without tangling around the roller. Better than any other vacuum I’ve used. Another attachment that kind of surprised me was the crevice tool. It looked just like a normal tool, but when I popped it on the wand and fired up the vacuum I was shocked to see that it also had a very bright LED light on it making it very easy to see in the crevices you are trying to vacuum in. Even with the long wand attached, all of the attachments still have amazing suction! There is even a curved tube to help you reach things like ceiling fan blades. Dyson really did think of EVERYTHING with this vacuum! The display is pretty much the same as on the previous vacuums. It’s a one button operation to switch between the 3 modes. On this one there is also a screen that shows the amount and different size pf particles it has sucked up. It’s a bit gimmicky, but some people might find that information useful. I really can’t say enough amazing things about this vacuum. Dyson is an amazing company with excellent customer service. I have had problems with some of their vacuums in the past that were under warranty and Dyson fixed the problem and sent me a replacement ASAP! If I was forced to point out some negatives, it would be the aforementioned light missing on the main vacuum head and that the vacuum might be a little heavy for some people. This one does feel lighter than my previous one, but if you are elderly or not very strong you might have a problem holding it and squeezing the trigger. Other than that, these really are the perfect vacuums! I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new vacuum. I know you won’t be disappointed!

It cleans great, but is heavy. Since we have a dog, it needs to be emptied daily since it doesn’t hold much.

This vacuum is almost perfect except that the battery is heavy and it hurts my wrist if I vacuum for 15-minutes.

Works fine but not impressed for the money. BIG $$$ but just ok in performance. I would recommend it on a huge sale, but not for list price.

It is great on hard floors, love the ultra violet light. I don’t like the very heavy weight and the fact that you have to change heads for rugs. It is very hard to push on carpets.
