Amazing vacuum for hard floors

I can’t believe how much I was missing before this. The trigger does cause some pain in my hand after long periods of use, but other than that this vacuum is killer. Even directed a friend recently to pick one up and she loves it too.

I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one I ordered was dead out of the box and would not charge or power on. I had to go to my nearest bestbuy to exchange for another one. Not sure if it was a manufacturing defect or due to handling.

Found out it's not clean unless Dyson is cleaning.

My roommate has been wanting one of a Dyson and asked me to watch this one and I found it on sale a few months later. They bought it and we tested it out, I am absolutely shocked by how wrong I was. This vacuum if nothing else will find dirt you have never seen before. The $150 vacuums I was buying where missing about 75% of the dirt once you see the difference are just not even worth saving the money on. Buy the expensive dyson, so you can be sure it's clean.

Wish the battery lasted longer. Have not yet checked how much a 2nd would cost. Need one to finish vacuuming. Don't like having to wait to recharge.

I’m hoping it’s well worth the price though. I’d suggest waiting to get this on sale. The laser is a fun distinguisher, but I have yet to find it as useful as some of the other fantastic features! LOVE the battery life indicator on the screen.

Pricey but good!

My only reservations are it is slightly heavy, and the need to hold the power trigger continuously. Otherwise it does an excellent job on both carpets and hardwood floor. The smooth head for the latter really makes the floors shine.
