Love it just wish they had something for all the extra attachments to go on. Really like the wood floor attachment with the light.

So far, so good. Ordering was good and pickup also good. Box was a bit smashed, but don't see any obvious damage.

My wife and I like the handiness and suction power of this lightweight vacuum. She loves and hates the light feature that shows the dirt.

This was exactly what we were looking for in the guy that helped me was very professional. I am with my purchase. He did a good job presenting the extended warranty that I purchased as well. He explained that it was not a concurrent warranty, but one that kicks in after the manufacture’s warranty expires. Further, he explained how I could get 0% financing by opening a card so I did so. Happy all the way around with Bestbuy and performance of the machine.

Awesome, we have dogs and lots of hair. The attachment with the light shows how much dirt there is on the floor and hair. Would definitely recommend buying!!!

Dyson makes another great product. I had to upgrsde from my V11 torque drive. It was having frustrstingly intermittent, quick battery discharge from 100-dead, despite the display showing full charge. I upgraded to this unit since its the most conparable to the torque drive. Only complaint is with the website, not the product, Best Buy lists this vacuum as coming with the reach under tool accessory from Dyson. It was not in the box and I spoke to Dyson who said it does not. Dyson is sending me a complementary tool, but the website needs to be fixed to correct this error.

These dyson vacuum is amazing, I love it alot. Easy to use and cleans, it's very Practical to clean the dyson and put the other pieces, that attach.
