I had to upgrsde from my V11 torque drive. It was having frustrstingly intermittent, quick battery discharge from 100-dead, despite the display showing full charge. I upgraded to this unit since its the most conparable to the torque drive. Only complaint is with the website, not the product, Best Buy lists this vacuum as coming with the reach under tool accessory from Dyson. It was not in the box and I spoke to Dyson who said it does not. Dyson is sending me a complementary tool, but the website needs to be fixed to correct this error.

I am with my purchase. He did a good job presenting the extended warranty that I purchased as well. He explained that it was not a concurrent warranty, but one that kicks in after the manufacture’s warranty expires. Further, he explained how I could get 0% financing by opening a card so I did so. Happy all the way around with Bestbuy and performance of the machine.
