Fantastic, if you have carpet on stairs this thing will revive the color asap. The suction is phenomenal for my 4 story townhome, wish I could use it on pet stains but the motor is wet/dry.

I gave it 5 stars only because i purchase it at a good deal. For the actual price its worth i do believe it should have a little more suction power other then that i love it, super easy to use and it does a good job

This vacuum is serious business. My wife was truly impressed & that’s a rarity. It takes the guess work out of troubleshooting problems because it does it and informs you on a very intuitive display.

This vacuum is quiet and powerful. I haven't used all the attachments that come with it, but what I did use, did a great job.

I absolutely love this vacuum. All the attachments make my life so much easier. The green light on the soft roller makes it to where you can see all the missed dirt on the floor which makes it amazing!!!!

I bought this vacuum on sale it was $200.00 off . It has plent of suction and power on the head unit . Im really liking the head for tile/hardwood . Really satisfied with it

This vacuum is light years better than the one I had before. The laser illuminating the dirt on the floor is the chef's kiss! It cleans very good and leaves little to nothing behind. If you have the budget for this vacuum it will not steer you wrong!

Great vacuum! Love that I can just grab it up and clean with no cords and it goes a long time before recharging! Great buy!

Wonderful power, the green light is amazing best Dyson we have ever owned

I have a mixed review on this vacuum and the reason is... I went to bestbuy the buy this vacuum after looking at many options online and searching reviews. When i got it home and charged it fully it worked perfectly! I was happy with my purchase after my 15 minute 15 use. The suction was so much stronger than I expected. Fast forward to day two.. I went to use the vacuum and after running for about 3 minutes it died. It didnt die down slowly, it just switched off. The battery was fried.. It wouldnt charge or recognize it was plugged in. After trouble shooting on the app, it told me I needed a new battery. I tried calling Dyson and it was impossible to get somebody on the phone. I didn't want a replacement battery I wanted a replacement vacuum so I swapped it back at BestBuy. The second one has been perfect so far. 5 stars for working unit, 1 star for dead unit, and 1 star for Dysons non-existent customer service.

This works better than expected. Had a Dyson DC Animal Upright prior and this picks up more hair than that one ever did. I really like that dog hair doesn't tangle on the brush head.
