So, I was confused a little bit: the carpet attachment does not have the green OCD spotlight. The bare floor attachment does, and MAN, does it deliver. Be prepared! Another win from Dyson, they just keep getting better.

Cheaply made but great customer service

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned quite a few Dyson products over the years, there's a common theme with all of them, the motors are usually pretty good, but everything else, all of the plastic, connecting parts are the cheapest garbage imaginable. They have amazing customer service though, they will replace anything under warranty with a quickness. They most likely know the other parts are ultra cheap so they're always ready to replace whatever you need.

We have tile and hardwood floors — works great on both as well as our rugs. We also have dogs so it picks up ALL of the hair and dust on the floors, furniture, etc. Also not very loud although a bit heavy. Overall great investment.

You have to try the hardwood floor Laser head. It shows you where you need to vacuum and where you have already vacuumed.

I really like the fluffy head for cleaning my hardwood floors. I have purchased other attachments from the manufacturer that are not included, such as a pet brush to eliminate excessive fur from my German shepherd. I only wish that the battery would last longer.

I mean I kept it but I guess I just feel like it is over priced. Changing out different parts and cleaning it is very challenging for me. I fight with it all the time. It’s not user friendly at all.

Great vacuum! Money well spent!

My girlfriend swept the rooms before using this one and it was amazing how much this vacuum was still able to pickup afterwards! Works very well on all of the floor types. We have wood, linoleum, and carpet.

The laser on the head is very useful, although it does work on other dysons and could be purchased separately to get the capability. But the runtime and auto adjustment makes the vacuum stand out against the rest.
