The laser feature is the BEST! U can see every si for thing with it.

The added accessories make vacuuming simpler and quicker and the hardwood floor attachment lighting show dust you would never see without it.

My only complaint is the canister that holds the dirt/hair. There is the tiniest of gaps between the cannister and the exterior so when you open the latch to empty the cannister there are random hairs/dog hairs that you cannot possibly get out and they stick out of the cannister. It's super annoying. Everything else is good though (I've had it for about 3 months now.)

I bought this one because of the feature and price. It's a great vacuum and I'm still learning how to use all the functions it has.

Auto detect needs work

I upgraded from the v11 to this one, and the light feature some of the attachments have are a game changer. You can actually see what you’re picking up, I notice the bin gets much fuller with this one since im picking up more hair than I used to.
