I immediately called Best Buy to get a replacement tube and the required me to return the entire box to get a new one - of course there is not certainty that the next one would not also have a bent tube. Very disappointing experience, overall.

Dyson vac great for dogs

Has performed awesomely so far. Would recommend an extra battery if using the most powerful mode for more than 15 minutes.

I was amazed at how well it picked up dirt on my laminate and tile floors. I had even just vacuumed using my Roomba and this still picked up so much. It was amazing.

My wife and i could not be happier with this purchase. The laser detect head has really opened our eyes to how much dust we were leaving out there. 10/10 would get again and recommend.
