They have never disappointed me in all these years. There customer service is exceptional and they stand by their warranry. The quality and craftsmanship of their products are top notch. They may be more expensive but its all worth it.

I would warn people that it is not very effective on wall to wall carpeting the pile gets sucked up into the brushes and it stalls. Our carpet is not shag just a good pile.

Its actually satisfying seeing the pet hair and dust get picked up. Never thought I would like a vacuum but this thing is awesome and worth the money!

Great Vacuum

Works great for animals

It is the first cordless vacuum that I have had, and it exceeds my expectations. The ease of maneuverability is a game changer! So, I was confused a little bit: the carpet attachment does not have the green OCD spotlight. The bare floor attachment does, and MAN, does it deliver. Be prepared! Another win from Dyson, they just keep getting better.

We have tile and hardwood floors — works great on both as well as our rugs. We also have dogs so it picks up ALL of the hair and dust on the floors, furniture, etc. Also not very loud although a bit heavy. Overall great investment.
