Canister is very small and sometimes dust gets trapped in the upper chamber. Otherwise its not bad.

This vacuum does an incredible job of picking up dust and dirt, but it’s also extremely enjoyable to use. The fluffy optic head and low noise level make the chore of vacuuming feel far more rewarding and inviting. Highly recommend.

With the laser feature it makes me want to clean the house more often than never, like the saying, happy wife, happy life! No complaints anymore about the weaker vaccuum we had before.

It’s very aesthetically pleasing and works pretty good… I have had to warranty them every 6-12 months but Best Buy’s warranty is solid so it’s not a huge deal but each model we have had over the years has died on us for various reasons. It picks up well and the kids love the new led lighting the wand has, and we have a dog as well; does everything we need it to do.

I was skeptical and hesitant to spend so much on a vacuum. It's well worth it, though. Perfect for those that mainly have hardwood or tiles and rugs. 10/10 recommend and would purchase again!

For the most part it’s just fine. However the reason I’m not giving the vacuum 5 stars is because when I need to dump the dirt I have a hard time releasing the two pieces from each other. I dust off the two pieces to make sure dusty dirt aren’t causing the difficulty, but it’s still hard. If you have a secret please let me know.

I've owned quite a few Dyson products over the years, there's a common theme with all of them, the motors are usually pretty good, but everything else, all of the plastic, connecting parts are the cheapest garbage imaginable. They have amazing customer service though, they will replace anything under warranty with a quickness. They most likely know the other parts are ultra cheap so they're always ready to replace whatever you need.

We love its durability and how compact it is. The vacuum was put together very easily and quickly.

I know the price is daunting but for the features it has and the accessories it comes with it is absolutely amazing! If you apply for the credit card it makes it extremely affordable as well!

 I bought this because it was on sale for $200 off. I was amazed at how well it picked up dirt on my laminate and tile floors. I had even just vacuumed using my Roomba and this still picked up so much. It was amazing.

It works great, I would repurchase if needed, it makes cleaning faster and efficient

Purchased this mainly for my stairs and hardwood floors downstairs. Has performed awesomely so far. Would recommend an extra battery if using the most powerful mode for more than 15 minutes.

I love my new dyson vacuum, it takes absolutely everything from surface, even microscopic dust, i live that it has light so i see how good does it takes all the dust and it’s satisfying.
