Best sweeper I’ve ever owned but run time could be longer.

It’s not as good as a corded vacuum. It takes a while to fully charge

The larger head works well but not the smaller head

It's worth the money. Comes with a lot of attachments, but it is kinda heavy.

I have also bought Dyson products, and the hype lived up to the price. Except this one, this is the worst product ever made. It can not pick up dirt, hair, or honestly anything. Hair gets clogged while the tank is still 90% empty. All of the dirt you vacuumed up immediately falls right back out of the suction and onto the floor. Every 1 star review is accurate about this product. The only recourse from Dyson is a response from this review about how they want to make things right, yet don't.

I really wanted to this vacuum to be the one that did it all. However, it does not do carpets/rugs as it states it does. Hardwood, seems to work great. Hit the carpet and its pulling or just stops spinning all together. For this being an auto detect and auto speed machine that costs as much as it does, I am far from impressed or satisfied. This is definitely going back!

I think this is a pretty good vacuum. However, since i live in Az, there is a lot of sand. Sometimes i have had issues removing all the sand with this vacuum. I am not sure if there is an addition part you can purchase for this type of environment.

When we purchased it initially we were very happy with it. Within two weeks we ran into issues with a "blocked airway" error that frequently kept the hard wood floor head from working. Trying to deal with Dyson's customer service has been a nightmare. We will be returning the vacuum.

Battery wont last long and need to recharge it for 3 1/2 hours cannot finish cleaning need a whole day to finish the job for whole house

l like the dyson except for the charger that plugs into the wall. It gets hot and I am afraid it may cause a fire. I couldn't get any help when I notified Best Buy about this charger, which I wanted replaced

Does an amazing job at picking up pet hair. However, does not have a long battery life. Hold down button to use vacuum can get tiring. Will not be useful on throw rugs. The vacuum is too powerful.

Very expensive. Not as powerful as the U.K versions. For this price should come with the floor stand

It worked great for about 6 months. It only lasted 1 year before it quit working even after we made sure we kept the filters clean. The motor quit working after 1 year. This was the second one we have owned. The first one lasted much longer.

This vacuum did not live up to its hype. Supposedly good for pets, I have to empty the canister and clean the filter way too often. The battery needs charging before I finish cleaning my small house. Way too expensive, should have kept my old corded vac.

Only probem is having to hold power button down in order to Vacuum.

This is my second dyson, first was pretty good, the second one has sucked, both wheels broke off the main head attachment not long after I purchased

This is the second V15 I have purchased for my home. The first one after a couple of years of hard work in a home with a dog that sheds A LOT just quit working. This one, which was purchased December 20, 2024 is already a nightmare. I spend more time clearing "clogs" that don't exist and that result in the vacuum just quitting. The amount of dog fur it picks up is abysmal and the dirt receptacle will never fully empty even after attempting to empty in and then try to shake down the dirt. I'm so disappointed and am actively seeking another brand of vacuum to try. If a vacuum is going to quit functioning after just 4 months after costing hundreds of dollars I can't say this was a good investment.

Works well for small items, does not handle larger items.

So I received my Dyson v15 Detect Extra Cordless Vacuum about a week ago and have been putting it through its paces. Now I must say, I've own a couple of Dyson products in the past, and have come to expect a level of quality from the company. Unboxing the v15 Detect Extra, you will find the following: * Dyson v15 Extra Cordless Vacuum * Wand * Combination Tool * Hair Screw Tool * Reach Under Tool * Lighted Pipe Crevice Tool * Soft Dusting Brush Tool * Digital Motorbar Tool * Fluffy Optic Cleaner Tool * Docking Station * Charger * Wand Clip * Owner's Manual Before the first use, its best to utilize the included charger and charge that baby up first. Meanwhile, familiarize yourself with the number of different attachments included. Once it was fully charged, it was ready for use. When powered on via the trigger button, the small display on the back of the filter cup lights up. Using the button below the display, you can enter the menu by simply holding down the button for 3 seconds and change to settings to your liking. Not a dealbreaker but I would have liked a dedicated back button to get out of the menu as well. However, the one button is really useful. Just tapping the button once, will allow you to change the suction of the vacuum from low, medium, to high. While on the low setting, you will get the longest use per charge, medium will net you average usage time, and high suction the battery with drain a bit faster. This is my 3rd Dyson vacuum, and the best one yet. The power of the suction even on the low setting is simply amazing. You can use this on your carpets, rugs, and simply transfer over to hardwood and tile. The main roller bases and the crevice tool all produce a green light that illuminates your floor to ensure you catch all of the crumbs and dust bunnies around. The attachments included can be used on the stairs, windowblinds, and ceiling fans. This is an amazing stick vacuum, and I don't know of another brand that could come close to a Dyson. Highly recommended. Your house will be clean in no time.
