I've waited for years to buy this Dyson and its absolutely amazing. I had bought a cheaper brand for our upstairs and my wife used it wanted a cordless vaccum so i got her the best. I knew i would need to buy her the Dyson and to see her that happy when she received it for Christmas was worth the higher price. This dyson v15 detect has amazing power and we will never go back to a corded vaccum. We use all the accessories. I highly recommended this vaccum cleaner.

Even though it is a cordless stick vac, I would like to see the heads have a bit more substance they bounce and flop with any uneven surfaces. Suction is good the green light that shines on the bare floor is actually very helpful in keeping track of where I have cleaned. I have 2 larger golden retrievers with long and short hair the vacuum handles it with ease no tangles or wrapping around the brushes. Battery life is good, I have a 2500 sq ft home with mostly wood and tile floors and only a couple of large area rugs. I have to recharge once to get it all done. The canister emptying mechanism is not great, I often have to pull out the hair as it gets stuck in the cramped canister so it doesn’t eject.

It's more powerful than my v8 though a bit heavier. The green light definitely lights all the dirt up and makes you feel ashamed of all the dirt you were leaving behind...definitely a great purchase. I have 4 cats and my house is a hairball but with that detangler it all gets sucked right in!

Absolutely blown away by this vacuum. I have two full-grown Cane Corsos, two stray puppies, and even two ducks and the Dyson V15 handles everything like a champ. Fur, feathers, dirt, no problem at all. It picks up every bit of debris from all over the house with ease. The suction power is insane, the attachments are actually useful, and the laser dust detection is a surprisingly helpful touch. I made the mistake of letting my family try it out... now every single one of them wants me to buy them one too! If you have pets (especially big dogs) or just want a vacuum that actually lives up to the hype - this is it.

This vacuum works so well on our wooden floors. I love all the different attachments. The vacuums canister was bigger than I thought but that’s ok.. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!

This is our first Dyson and I love it. My wife also loves it. The dock installation was easy. I expected it to feel cheap because it is plastic but not at all. The vac is solid and well built. All of the included attachments are helpful. Suction is very powerful and emptying the waste is super easy. My favorite thing though is that I can quickly grab it to clean a mess and put it back. No cord winding and no moving a bulky vacuum around the house.

I like how easy it is to assemble and use. The built of the product is premium quality. My kids even volunteers to vacuum the house just so they could use it. Suction is strong enough that 1 or 2 passes is only needed to get all the dust from the carpet. You could easily dispose of dust and dirt, plus you could easily clean the vacuum itself after cleaning the house.

I've had the Dyson Ball Animal 1 & 2. To be honest, they were fine. I would've given them 4 stars. But this vacuum is five stars. I got it on sale and used some coupons I had (it only cost me about $600) and it's the best money I've spent all year. I would've paid full price for this vacuum. We have a lab and a newfoundland and have to vacuum every day. This vacuum has been life changing - easy to use, works amazing on all surfaces (area rug, carpet, hardwood), battery life is sufficient (I can vacuum all 1800 square feet of our home on one charge), fits under most furniture easily. Definitely worth it.

I switched from the dyson v8 and the v15 is night and day. Grabs more dust, love the LED screen that indicates your remaining battery life.

I absolutely love the Dyson V15 Detect cordless stick vacuum. Despite its compact size, it delivers incredible suction power. The battery life has been solid.....while some reviews mention issues, I’ve had no problems so far. It’s easy to empty and clean, and it quickly converts into a smaller handheld vacuum when needed. With two Husky dogs, this vacuum has held up amazingly, helping keep our home under control. It is on the expensive side, but every penny has been worth it. I would absolutely recommend this vacuum.

Makes it easy to see and clean up dirt. The laser makes it easy to see everything.

So far i havent disliked the dyson ive liked everything about it the battery life is good great suction power cleans very well and very easy to use

go big or get nothing lol…got the v15 detect love all the attachments 1000x better than my shark i have to go over what my shark misses and man its alot love the green light to catch anything you may miss the only thing i hate is charging it ! maybe get 30/40 mins on full charge on auto mode thats all i use . i would highly recommend especially when dyson is on sale
