I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one I ordered was dead out of the box and would not charge or power on. I had to go to my nearest bestbuy to exchange for another one. Not sure if it was a manufacturing defect or due to handling.

I was tired of half vacuumed camper floors so I made the jump. Best choice ever! I enjoy this so much I am buying another one for the house as soon as it goes back on sale! This vacuum automatically detects the type of floor and adjusts the power level to accommodate! All the attachments, that are included, meets all of my needs. Admittedly I was skeptical to start. This is a lot of money to take a chance on. I am super happy I did!

Tons of capacity before emptying, an additional battery if we’re really cleaning crazy, and NO stupid button to hold down! That button on the 15 model and before always hurt our hands! Cleans extremely well and Dyson for the win - we’re thrilled with it

Makes it do much easier to keep the floors clean because it is so much handier then pulling out the heavier corded vacum. Very powerful and gets the job done
