Don’t even try and save a few bucks with a shark or even lower models of the dyson. Get the v15! After my first use i’ve never seen my area rugs, stairs or wood floors so clean and air quality improved.

It’s powerful, light weight and very versatile for floors, carpets and area rugs. I have a whole house vacuum, but it’s bulky to drag up & down the stairs. The Dyson is amazing. Gets out pet hair with ease. Only eish that the battery lasted longer.

Battery life is so much better compared to my previous v11 vacuum, and were able to clean the entire house without recharging. Our floors look great

We have a Dyson V8 animal and we wanted more run time and larger storage. This was a very expensive purchase for us! However, after experiencing and having dealt with Dyson customer support on their blow dryer and a room heater and that being amongst the smoothest easiest exchange/repair experience EVER I now see why the cost is justifiable. If you’re considering it I would say just do it. We researched all models, sizes and other brand and jumped at this one for Black Friday and some of its features are super impressive and surprising.

Wish the battery lasted longer. Have not yet checked how much a 2nd would cost. Need one to finish vacuuming. Don't like having to wait to recharge.

No match for the dog hair!

I have dogs that shed a lot and so far the dog hair hasn't been an issue with this. I do wish it came with some sort of holder for all of the great attachments. Highly recommend!
