This thing is amazing! Upgraded to a cordless Dyson and love it so far! It is picking up even more than our old Dyson did. The fluffy optic is so good for locking up pet hair on tiles that you don't normally see. Worth it!

Works very well for a cordless vacuum, only a few dislikes. For one the small pet attachment has a fabric type strip on it that came almost half ripped off out the box, still works well though so not a huge problem. Another thing is I wish there was a way to reset the amount of dirt and stuff that it picks up, that way if you are curious about a certain time frame or area of where you’re vacuuming you can see exactly how much it picked up for that one instance.

Nice vacuum cleaner. Easy to use and clean. Works well on multiple surfaces.

Wife loves it. It does a great job picking up pet hair and keeping the house clean.

This vacuum works very well and picks up every bit of dust so I love it for my hardwood floors and rug. It is very powerful! I have noticed some scratches on my hardwood flooring from using it though and another reason I have it 4 stars is you have to hold the power button down the entire time while using it and while I was pregnant I had carpal tunnel and it was very hard to keep held down without my hand falling asleep.

Way better than the 12. Better power, larger model. Trigger press is only annoying part but overall love it. Picks up all the dog hair carpet and hardwood.

I looked up a ton of reviews and decided this was my best choice now that I’ve used it for a month or so I’ve noticed it is kinda heavy. I have a 2500 square foot house so it’s a lot of hard wood and a few rooms with carpet.. it’s way better than traditional sweeping cause I can actually see the dust I’m picking up which is so nice. And it sucks stuff really good even on eco. Switching the parts is harder than i expected cause they want to stick and who knows maybe im doing it wrong.. I mean honestly i do really like it but if i didn’t have such a big house i would have gotten the 12 cause i think its lighter

We have two large dogs and this Dyson gets all the hair off of everything.

Bought this a few months ago. Didn't think the suction was sufficient for such an expensive machine. Loved the green light for dust, etc., but was also overwhelmed by all of the attachments. Brought it back. Ended up buying five more vacuums of different brands and even a few more Dysons, but different models. None were as good as the first one. So, I went back and bought it again, albeit now it was more expensive.

We have a 4 kids under 7 that love the out doors and many neighborhood kids that come over and like every other kid they does not think about taking off their shoes before coming inside from playing. This vacuums keep up with all of them and more to keep our house perfect clean.

Dont know how I ever went without one. I keep it inmy 42' 5th wheel and use it daily. Best and most versatile vacuum. Easy to change over to other attachments and floor surfaces. Very easy to clean and maintain.

No complaints against Dyson and it’s fun vacuum in the dark now with its detect laser light .. picks up small particles and works well on hard floor and carpets. Wish the mattress tool was provided, it’s hard to purchase accessories as most often it’s out of stock..

This vacuum is an absolute beast for hardwood floors. Hardwood floors is key, because on thicker carpet it struggles. For my home that mostly contains hardwood floors, I can accomplish the same amount of work that would take an hour sweeping.

So I bought this for my girlfriend(since she is a neat freak) and for our house. When I got it mounted and charged up for the first time I decided to give it a go. I was so impressed by the vacuum in comparison with our old I feel like I use it and clean with it more than my girlfriend. Lol.

Love the brand Dyson in general but what a major upgrade from the v8 model. This vacuum is so easy to maneuver and use. Love it!!!

Does very good cleaning job, could use improvement for emptying waste!

I have been wanting to have a vacuum that is cordless and not heavy. And i have all in one. Very good in any areas of the house.
