Works flawlessly and the included attachments make it even better. Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Only downside is the battery run time is pretty low. Can usually get about 45 minutes of vacuuming before it needs to be recharged again. Recharge time is pretty bad as well. Usually takes about an hour or so to fully recharge. Tried looking into getting a second battery and they are really expensive.

For the price of this vacuum, some of the parts on the vacuum heads are very cheap and break. It cleans well and has easy-to-clean filters; however, it is very cheaply made and has no cruise control on the trigger for your finger. Your finger will get fatigued and maybe even form a blister when used for a long time. Dear Dyson, come on, use more metal parts for longevity. The wheels on the cleaning heads look like a $5 child's toy.

We bought this Vacuum for my daughter for Christmas and we were so impressed that we had to have one of our own. The light is a must!!

Overall it's good just a bit heavy. Strong suction power and long battery life.

This vacuum works very well and picks up every bit of dust so I love it for my hardwood floors and rug. It is very powerful! I have noticed some scratches on my hardwood flooring from using it though and another reason I have it 4 stars is you have to hold the power button down the entire time while using it and while I was pregnant I had carpal tunnel and it was very hard to keep held down without my hand falling asleep.

What a great design! I have two Dyson vacs a hair dryer and curling iron for my Daughter. This brand has exceptional design characteristics and longevity; money well spent on quality and superior results acroos the board.

Shocked at how much this vacuum picks up on our hard floors and from our carpets. Wish the battery lasted longer. Have not yet checked how much a 2nd would cost. Need one to finish vacuuming. Don't like having to wait to recharge.

This thing is amazing! Upgraded to a cordless Dyson and love it so far! It is picking up even more than our old Dyson did. The fluffy optic is so good for locking up pet hair on tiles that you don't normally see. Worth it!

I generally have always believed a vacuum was a vacuum and the expensive ones didn't add much value. My roommate has been wanting one of a Dyson and asked me to watch this one and I found it on sale a few months later. They bought it and we tested it out, I am absolutely shocked by how wrong I was. This vacuum if nothing else will find dirt you have never seen before. The $150 vacuums I was buying where missing about 75% of the dirt once you see the difference are just not even worth saving the money on. Buy the expensive dyson, so you can be sure it's clean.

We have a 4 kids under 7 that love the out doors and many neighborhood kids that come over and like every other kid they does not think about taking off their shoes before coming inside from playing. This vacuums keep up with all of them and more to keep our house perfect clean.

Excellent vacuum cleaner! The light feature is very helpful, click-in battery makes it easier to replace the battery pack if needed. Highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

Made an original purchase from Dyson's website thinking it would be the best way to buy. They sent me the wrong item and it took 3 months and several phone calls to get my money back. I should have went to Best Buy to begin with

Bought this a few months ago. Didn't think the suction was sufficient for such an expensive machine. Loved the green light for dust, etc., but was also overwhelmed by all of the attachments. Brought it back. Ended up buying five more vacuums of different brands and even a few more Dysons, but different models. None were as good as the first one. So, I went back and bought it again, albeit now it was more expensive.

So I bought this for my girlfriend(since she is a neat freak) and for our house. When I got it mounted and charged up for the first time I decided to give it a go. I was so impressed by the vacuum in comparison with our old I feel like I use it and clean with it more than my girlfriend. Lol.

No complaints against Dyson and it’s fun vacuum in the dark now with its detect laser light .. picks up small particles and works well on hard floor and carpets. Wish the mattress tool was provided, it’s hard to purchase accessories as most often it’s out of stock..

I'm very satisfied with the product. My only reservations are it is slightly heavy, and the need to hold the power trigger continuously. Otherwise it does an excellent job on both carpets and hardwood floor. The smooth head for the latter really makes the floors shine.
