It makes my old vaccum feel inadequate and my air purifiers are now running at lower volumes and do not constantly notify me that the air quality is poor. Best buy was zero hassle when the vaccum went on sale for cheaper than what I paid.

I had to upgrsde from my V11 torque drive. It was having frustrstingly intermittent, quick battery discharge from 100-dead, despite the display showing full charge. I upgraded to this unit since its the most conparable to the torque drive. Only complaint is with the website, not the product, Best Buy lists this vacuum as coming with the reach under tool accessory from Dyson. It was not in the box and I spoke to Dyson who said it does not. Dyson is sending me a complementary tool, but the website needs to be fixed to correct this error.
