Had an issue with a tool pit of the box that I am still waiting on feedback from Dyson if they will replace before I return it. Great cleaning and suction power overall when battery is charged.

It is WELL worth the money. We have three dogs, one being a German Shepherd, so there is an accumulation of hair daily. This vacuum has been GREAT!!!

This Dyson was recommended by a family member. This has been the best purchase. I love this vacuum and all is accessories. Not only is it great with cleaning the floors, but vacuuming my sectional as well!!

I am with my purchase. He did a good job presenting the extended warranty that I purchased as well. He explained that it was not a concurrent warranty, but one that kicks in after the manufacture’s warranty expires. Further, he explained how I could get 0% financing by opening a card so I did so. Happy all the way around with Bestbuy and performance of the machine.
