For dog hair is amazing , but after couple days the smell adds up and filter is pushing dog smell out , constant have to clean the filter so it won’t have ugly smell

More cons than pros

I have no idea what the double roller head is for, it wont pick up dust, fruit loops, dog kibble or a band aid wrapper on hard floor. It don't work on carpet, the carpet just slows it to a stop. The single roller works on hard floor and boost mood. If you leave it on auto you can see all the dust it leaves behind. I love the fact that it bends so you can get under furniture. Its great a picking up dog hair and for use on the couch. The mounting system is useless, unless you are mounting to a stud. The Hardware is too cheap to hold in sheet rock, you need two metal wing mounts to place on sheet rock.

I had to upgrsde from my V11 torque drive. It was having frustrstingly intermittent, quick battery discharge from 100-dead, despite the display showing full charge. I upgraded to this unit since its the most conparable to the torque drive. Only complaint is with the website, not the product, Best Buy lists this vacuum as coming with the reach under tool accessory from Dyson. It was not in the box and I spoke to Dyson who said it does not. Dyson is sending me a complementary tool, but the website needs to be fixed to correct this error.
