I feel like for the price, all features should function. I didn’t return or send back because I don’t think I have to have it. I also think this needs a floor stand instead of wall mount that will hold all the accessories. Dyson advertises a floor stand but it was out of stock last I checked. Wish it came with a hose attachment too. Everything else about the vacuum is great. Being able to pick it up, pull trigger, and start vacuuming is even better than i imagined (its the little things). No more running cords to different outlets. Pick it up and do the car too. The light on roller head really is functional. Didn’t think I would care about it. I love it. Only had it for a couple of months, but so far it is great.
