I read reviews for a while and then purchased. Does everything I need it to. Stairs, ceiling fans, cabinet tops, ceiling corners, windows, etc. Perfect accessory to a main vacuum.

I bought this Dyson after falling in love with the one at my office. It’s awesome to grab for a quick clean up!!! It’s almost enough to make me want to clean on a regular basis!!!

The vacuum cleaner is great and convenient since it is wireless. However, the fact that it only last for approximately 20 minutes after a full charge makes it a little troublesome. Otherwise its a really nice vacuum.

Though I don’t have animals, I got this for the attachments and the price and it is amazing!! I can clean my furniture and stairs so much easier than with my traditional vacuum.

My wife requested a "good vac" for christmas this year. Yes I know it's lame getting your wife a vacuum, but she wanted one... anyway, this is perfect for her. She keeps telling me it's her best gift because it is so easy to use. Got a mess to vac? Slip this off the wall and go get it. The only thing for me not giving this a 5 star is the battery doesn't last a heck of a long time, even thought it says you can use it for 30 minutes. Maybe because it is an older model...

For the money the best performance and value you can get! Lightweight and powerful!

It's light weight very maneuverable that I like. Battery life not so good I have a small house bug I also gave a dog that sheds so I decided to get the vacuum battery dies before I'm done have to go over several times before it picks everthing up. I have used other handheld vacuums the dyson is comparable to them my personal openion it's.a little over priced for what it does would I buy it again probly not its just an ok product.

It does everything it's supposed to do...so versatile and lightweight. The attachments are priceless.

I love this vacuum. I have a dog that sheds constantly. My house has never been cleaner. My house has no carpet. It's hardwood and laminate so cleaning was always a hassle, sweeping, swiftering. Lugging a vacuum upstairs and downstairs. The only negative is the amount of time you have to vacuum. You only get 15 minutes so if you're doing heavy duty cleaning you need to pull out a real vacuum, but this is excellent for everyday. I love it.

As others have stated before me the cordless Dyson V6 Animal Stick Vacuum is an excellent product. It's light weight, powerful, and it holds it charge for more than 20 minutes, which is enough to do all of the carpeted rooms in our home. Our old, plug-in, vacuum use to take about 40 to 45 minutes to vacuum our home. The Dyson's light weight, and cord free operation makes vacuuming our home quicker... and who doesn't like that?!

We have a Dyson as our house vacuum, and the performance is excellent, so I figured this unit would work well, and it certainly does. It's almost too powerful when used on carpeting; it tends to grab. Instead of lugging the heavier vacuum upstairs, I installed this on the 2nd floor. For quick spot-cleaning and doing the stairs, just grab it and get it done, with no need to break out the big boy.

I have been looking for a good vacuum to invest on, and I did not go wrong when I decided to purchase this Dyson V6 Animal Cord-free. I was really surprised how powerful it is! I feel my carpets are thoroughly cleaned! I was also able to use it on my vinyl flooring. I love how it’s so convenient to bring around the different rooms because it’s cord-free. This vacuum is perfect for me!

I purchased this vacuum for my mother to use in the kitchen. It is very light weight which she loves about it. It appears to do much better job on carpet versus hardwood floor using the regular head that comes with it. The strange thing about it is it does not stay charged for very long. One would think that this Vacuum would at least stay charged for 30 minutes but it does state that 16 minutes is the most pending what level you use it on. Overall she is happy with theVacuum.

I will be the first to admit that for many years I did not see the attraction of Dyson products, mainly for the price they were going for. I am also one that over the years has taken a multitude of vacuums apart and realistically they all seemed to be about the same inside, especially when it came to the cordless ones. However, this machine had gone on sale and I found myself curious to see if there was anything to all the good things I had heard about Dyson's over the years, so I bought this one. Worse case scenario I told myself was to return it and get my money back if it didn't seem to have the power it claimed. Well, I have had this machine for nearly a year now, and I definitely think a Dyson cordless vacuum will be something I keep as long as they keep making them. While this machine definitely does not replace the power of my full sized corded vacuum, and I don't think there is a cordless machine on the market that does no matter what is claimed by manufactures, this machine is more than enough for 95% of the cleaning tasks I find myself needing to perform, especially those that are just picking up a few stray crumbs and bits of debris. Overall, I find this a very pleasing machine to use, with my only real complaint being the cyclones need to be cleaned out every few months (best done with a few blasts of compressed air), and the high power setting battery life could be ever so slightly better. Other than that, I am impressed with machine and would definitely recommend them to people with small living spaces that need a machine for quick cleanups. But, do yourself a favor and wait for a sale to come around.

I have bought this Dyson model twice now- one in my Main Home and another for vacation Home. I’m happy with it but still hate paying so much for it. I haven’t tried any other brand so can’t really compare.

Lightweight and easy to use. It goes everywhere you need it and it's powerful

We needed to replace a worn out hand vac but also wanted a light weight vac for spot cleaning around the house and on stairs. This vac handles all the jobs we have tried so far. You wouldn't want to vacuum your whole room or house with this (although you could), but it is perfect for those quick jobs. The multiple attachments are also nice to handling different cleaning situations.

This is another great product from Dyson the only problem is the short battery life. Ten to fifteen minutes on a full charge seems minimal for such an expensive machine!

I recieved by dyson cordless vacum last week. It is so light and easy to vacum without moving the cord hook up from room to room, I am very satisfied with my purchase

This is a really good vacuum if you have hard wood floors and a Golden Retriever. It picks up the hair really good. However, the battery only lasts for 20 to 25 minutes.
