Can use this anywhere and it stays charged for long, should have gotten the one with more attachments because it would be worth it :)

Do not expect this cleaner to be your everyday machine if you have kids, or live where your home gets a lot of dirt From in and out traffic. The battery dies way too quick for heavy use

The V6 is great for in between cleanings, quick clean ups or small areas as it does feature 20 minutes of constant suction in standard mode and 6 minutes on MAX power for tougher jobs.

It does work for small amount of storage. I have found that the charge is short, and the canister way too small. Much better however than the shark that I returned.

BUT the container that hold what you suck up only holds maybe 2 cups worth of whatever. Like two measuring cups, which is basically nothing and emptying the thing is SUCH a hassle there is no easy way to detach the pale

Beautiful and light design.This vacuum works great and suction is wonderful especially on pet hair however.. it only lasts for 6 minutes and then you have to charge it up for 4 hours before you can use it again. For the amount I spent on it, I was expecting AT LEAST a 20 minute time frame but unfortunately that is not the case so I have to give this product a one star. I returned mine after giving it a try for three weeks.

Posted .Hi Lyra, this is Aimee with Dyson. I am happy to hear you're pleased with the design of your V6 Motorhead. This cordless vacuum will have a run time of 6-7 minutes on Max power, and 17-20 minute run time on standard power. You can reset the power setting by pulling the power trigger while at the same time pressing and holding down the Max button on the back of the machine. You should hear a pause the power, and then it will restart in standard power. The V6 Motorhead will also include a 2 year Dyson warranty, when purchased new and from an authorized Dyson retailer. I just found the motor driven roller in the front is not necessary for wood floor and just reduce the running time. It would work perfect for carpet floor.

Just wish I would have bought the one for hardwood floors. I do have a problem with the vacuum not starting back up after I use it in the cars. I'm still trying to figure out what this issue is.
